      I'm so confused about how you cut this in the real fabric so you know where all the pleats should be.

    How do you finish the hem of the cowl?? Is it double layered to have that seperate cowl as a bagged out piece? Thanks

      Hi, I cut around the inside, the same as the outer. Then I sewed. Make sure to iron seam flat. Turned right side out and slightly moved the seam line to the inside. Worked perfectly

      Hi goldogwolly! You attach the cowl drape at the shoulders--in the shoulder seam.
