wonder if the chemicals in the ZEPS break down the finishes on the wheels... or harm the clear coats and etc... some of the tested products mention that they are chemically balanced to not harm the wheels.

Thanks for the info, but I have learned that spray on cleaning products as well as 'touch-less' car-wash don't really work well without some 'elbow' grease.

Try brake dust pro. True spray on hose off and works perfect

As long as you don't use it on a hot rim and let it dry then no.

I'd like to see how various tire care products stack up. Those would be products designed to clean tires and keep them shiny.

I just scrub the wheels after I clean the car with the leftover car soap, works 110%. Don't waste money on these new things like spray on wheel cleaners. Common sense, think about it. How would a chemical alone get rid of brake dust that needs effort cleaning off if you had a paper towel?

Wow. Thanks for the tip. BTW, if you want to keep your wheels free of brake dust, apply Armor All Wheel Protectant. It works like magic on my cars

If you care about your wheels don't use any store bought cleaners that contain acid, and definitely don't use industrial cleaner that will ruin the clear coat on the wheel.
