Hey Honeysuckle! I love your videos! Just wanted to let you know, the reason because soufflés are expensive in restaurants is because they are made per order, not in batches. So when you order one, that’s when it is put in the oven. Once it’s in there, you cannot open the open (because then it won’t rise). Once the soufflé has risen, you have to immediately serve it! That’s when a server should be on standby to immediately give you the soufflé when it is still tall. That’s why it’s so expensive!
I've never had - much less made - a souffle and never understood why they're such a big deal. But watching you make this has inspired me to give it a go just so I can say, "Been there. Done that. Next!" Hahaha! The souffle looks great and you make it seem very do-able!
How are you so beautiful in each and every video ? You even make baking soufflés look easy and still look so pretty while doing it. You are honestly like goals.
I’m not sure if someone has commented already but the beautiful latte bowls you use from Anthropology are on sale. I finally order them today, Thank you for inspiring me to cook using cute items... 😃
it turns out great! Except that my mango is a little bit too sour with lemon juice added! Great recipe and I can’t wait to try chocolate soufflés! Thanks for sharing !!
Dzung, have you ever tried Philippine mangoes? They are absolutely divine! ESPECIALLY IF IT IS IN SEASON. 😍😍😍 It's good that the recipe can be used with pretty much almost any fruit we want! And I am not a parent but it would be interesting to see baby food! I'm certain I will remember, 'Oh hey, Dzung made a video of this, we could do that!' 😁😁😁
Nectarines with Brown Sugar and a pinch of Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Put your "blendables" in a tall drinking glass and then use your stick blender...so much easier.
please please please make videos on how and what you make for your baby girl! my baby is nearly 8mnths old and he loves pumpkin! I add onion for beef and garlic for spinache to get rid of the strong or mud taste!
Hey Dzung :) this is the first time that I'm writing to you...I just wanted to tell you how amazing you are! Thank you for your videos, they bring light and joy into the world

HI there! I'm looking to replace my cooking pots and pans (everyday skillet, pots, etc). Do you have a recommendation for great brands or specific ones that you like? I'm not brand specific, so i pot from here and a pan from there is perfectly fine! =)
Is it weird that I want to try a watermelon souffle?? Sounds like it would be so refreshing and light. But mango looks great too! Can't wait to try this :)
Please do the baby food with chicken! Also, more budget friendly date night/ entertaining vids please! Love your channel I come when anxious and decompress. You're such a joy
You might be interested in Baby Led Weaning, it's basically just allowing babies to *feed themselves* from family meals, no purees or spoon-feeding necessary. BLW encourages fine motor skills, as well as how to move food around in their mouths, which will prevent choking when they are older and have smaller tongues. It's fun to have baby be a part of family meals, they learn so much from watching others eat and it's a great habit to share meals as a family.
Souffle is fancy but it doesn't have to be a ripoff!
Looks delicious! Can you do a popover recipe? Those are soooo good :)
