    Hello, thank you so much for all the informations you are giving us. Do you know why happens to have sting feeling in the perineum or rectum after hypopressive? I also think I have avulsion...

      @@clau9949 it may be various reasons. Go slower/ do shorter sessions to see if it helps 🌺

    Hi love do you have the details for Anna in the uk pls? How do women with a prolapse stand when it’s happened after menopause - so would the muscles / tissues be weak because of the drip in hormones? Thank you 🙏🏽

    What if you have other indication for surgery? I was told I have levator avulsion which requires surgery. I feel like it's not avoidable but I afraid of if scar tissues...
