For the last few months, I've been taking one tablet each day of NMN-Vitruvin Health supplement. I'm astounded to discover that my metabolism now functions as well as it did when I was a younger. Other outcomes aren't nearly as visible yet, but I saw a significant boost in energy and concentration. I'm going to order another few rounds from their website. It took around just 3-4 days to see a difference.

People who say they don't want to live forever should still support this because you can always change your mind later but not if you're already dead. I have been saying this... longevity is our choice! If we want to sustain our health, we have to do something about it! This will start by knowing what supplies our body needs. Start by eating a balanced diet, quit vices, exercise regularly and take an NMN supplement. Mine is a 500mg per day, NMN by Vitruvin Nutrition. The goal should be to live longer while staying young and healthy. Sinclair believes that in the foreseeable future, it's possible for humans to live beyond 120 or even 150, without the frailty, diseases and disability we now associate with old age. See your result and tell the same experience.

I bought Dr. Sinclair's book "Why We Age and Why We Don't Have To." It's so educative and phenomenal. Through him, I learned about NMN supplement particularly by Vitruvin Health 500mg, it's been a couple of months now as also recommended by a close friend. All I can say is that it’s cost-effective, overwhelming energy is felt, and promotes your overall health...I am looking forward to feel and see the same result in the following years…

So I’m confused, some types of stress are bad for the body but some types of stress are good for the body? Should or should you not put your body in high stress situations?

Stress equals inflammation. Inflammation is fundamental for body recovery and repairing as it is a healthy reaction to damage or adverse condition in the cells . The problem is chronic inflammation from what I understand. I’m not a scientist

When a DNA mutation is produced and subsequently repaired by the SIR proteins, the genes which are turned on produce a stress response. If not quickly switched off again, this response translates into chronic stress which is not good according to the video. If constant stress is not good, then how can Caloric Restriction (which produces stress in the body) be beneficial for the cells mechanisms and human health ? What are the "not good" aspects of chronic stress at the cell level?

According to dr Sinclair caloric restriction and fasting activates the repairing system by the sertuins ( I hope I write it correctly). Maybe the type of stress due to lack of calories doesn’t mean biologically the same type of stress produced in DNA damage. One can infer that this repair system is due to evolutionary adaptation to DNA stress /damage ? To much calories tells the cells that we are thriving and so they don’t need to repair so efficiently as we will produce offspring and therefore , you know , we get lazy , because genetic information is passed to another generation?

What are the molecules that help the activate STR proteins and increase their activity? Does Dr Sinclair talked about them in more depth in other interviews ?

1.35 "our bodies accumulate mutations over time" and the body, the cells of the jellyfish don't accumulate mutations? And it can live for many years...... These are simple theories for someone to justify their research money
