- Here is how I paint my Baccus 6mm Confederate line infantry.
I begin by spray painting them grey and then dry brush a lighter grey over the troops. I also do this with troops wearing butternut but instead I spray paint them using a beige undercoat with a lighter dry brush khaki color.
All paints are Vallejo
khaki brown vellejo air
armour brown vellejo air
black vellejo air
silver vellejo air
medium olive model color
white model color
red model color
Really nice work :) I think I will follow this paint scheme for my upcoming project
I paint the uniforms various colors. Takes me a bit longer, but it gives me a good representation (at least I think).
I do as well but I do them in batches. so one stick grey one stick butternut.
Thanks, it helped me a lot.
You vaguely mention that you will "spray them with another coat of wash later" just before the video ends. Can you let us know what spray you use?
that would be referring to Testor's dullcoat. so not a wash but a sealer.
@@Aaronfromprojectwargaming thank you!
I've never seen someone doing so little in such a long time
