Nice paint jobs! Don’t really understand why you have separate forces for Blackpowder and Blücher. Surely, you could just put the figures on magnetic sheets and they could serve for both systems? Your Blackpowder arrangement would also work well (with minor rule tweaks) for General D’Armee.
Yes I'd agree from what I've seen and read on GdA. Shame there's not more videos on YT. I plan on doing several as it will likely be my Nap game of choice.
how do you like this 6mm i really am thinking of doing a large army or two .... Could you let me know who makes best 6mm size and 15mm who makes best price and or best figures please,,
Hey thanks for watching! I really like 6mm, but I only have Baccus miniatures, no Alder or H&R. I think Irregular does some as well. Eventually I'll try others but you can't go wrong with Baccus. Without a doubt AB does the best 15s imo. They are actually 18mm so won't match up with a lot of 15s.
The third rank was supposed to advance with the skirmishers to act as supports but it depend how the colonel translated the order. We’re they skirmish trained. Or did they advance and form a line to the skirmish line? However black powder doesn’t go much for how many men a base represents . I may have 2 x 45mm bases and 2 x 10mm bases. One for the grenadier company and One for the light company so that you can brigade yourself grenadiers together remove light company and replace them with a skirmish screen. A battalion has 6 companies and you have 48 figures in a battalion so Really yo should have 6 grenadiers and 6 light infantry per battalion if you are going to have a 3rd. Rank then you can have them on a separate base of 1 rank of figures then will have more skirmishers. Sorry :-(
Splendid and very impressive Nap collection!
Thank you! I appreciate it!
These look great!
Impressive collection, I based mine on 20x15 mm bases for black powder.
Great update!
Thanks!
Epic Fox BG I really like 6mm for Napoleonics it really gives that stunning mass effect. Lovely jubbly :)
+Dan Harris Yes! That's why I did Naps in 6mm! I love it!
these look great. Nice big Battalions. When you go to Column, I assume you are going to have 1 stand wide and 3 deep?
That's exactly what I do. Thanks for watching!

Lol... I'm a slave to ambition what can I say. Thanks for watching!!
Yes about GdA. I planned on ordering them after Christmas is all done, I'm very excited to try it!
GdA can be a little tricky to learn but it’s well worth it. Probably the most historically accurate Napoleonic rule system at the moment.

Looks nice, best scale for megalomaniacs :)
Thanks for taking the time to watch!
Best for megalomaniacs is 3mm scale. I think.

No worries, I appreciate the info!

Yes you can, sorry for the delayed response
Hey can you make 3 lines? Or youst 2
3 lines can be done. I just wanted to save some minis for more units.
