The paintings are jpegs of the actual paintings that I found on the 'net. The bird photos are originals that I took (my other hobby is bird photography).
This is the most accurate visualization of Frasier’s apartment that I’ve seen. The proportions are seemingly perfect. I only wish the visualization would have started with the elevator doors opening and the camera proceeding out of the elevator. The moment when the door opened gave me a chill.
Thanks. I found a picture of the floor plan and used that as a reference. I have a higher resolution version here: ua-cam.com/video/aFMA_W6f3Yo/v-deo.html
The chair is further back as is the pillar. Like other comments thought we were seeing the whole apartment not just the room that is in (almost) EVERY Frasier episode.
Thanx. I was going to take this video down when I made a better quality version (at ua-cam.com/video/aFMA_W6f3Yo/v-deo.html ), but most people still only see this one.
This is great! I know you labeled it as a quick, low quality video, but to me the lower framerate and grainer look make it seem like a PC game that would have come out at the time. Love it. :D
Thanks. I'm working on making a better quality version. I may have to go back to Blender v.2.79, because the new version doesn't like something about this scene.
Very nice. When I first watched I thought it was a miniature room box 😂 I've been working on my dollhouse and a miniature room box kitchen so I had my mind on miniatures
The only thing wrong is that space Needle should NOT be in the window like that! the space needle is not in “downtown Seattle” it’s about 2 1/2 miles removed from downtown Seattle! the set designers and producers took a little artistic license and placed the space needle right into downtown Seattle so It could be seen from Fraser’s apartment and thereby establish the location of the series! Of course anyone who lives in Seattle or is familiar with Seattle or spends any time in Seattle knows the space needle is not where they have it in the set Outside Fraser’s apartment Like That!
Yes. I was putting the Space Needle more-or-less where it was in the show. See: lh4.googleusercontent.com/-cZax9JEHrSY/TXs6t89pP8I/AAAAAAAAAL4/ePCvZ3FC-tU/s400/FrasierApt.jpg
@@nealsausen4651 No... just a fan. In some episodes, the Needle looked like it was right across the street, with only the bottom half of the legs showing thru the window. See: frasier.fandom.com/wiki/Frasier%27s_Apartment?file=401.jpeg
@@ScubaDude1960 :Yeah I’ve been up in the needle many times what a great place the first time was 1962 when I was 11 for the Seattle Worlds Fair and the last time I was up in the needle was 2013 or 2014 I hear they re-renovated it now and it’s got a glass floor at the top you can look straight down I got to get back up to Seattle again and visitI the needle again! the food is great by the way if expensive! I never had a bad meal in the space needle highly recommended I think they call it “SKY CITY ” now It’s under new management!
So many whining criticisms! Presumably we can look forward to seeing the superior versions that the nitpickers will soon be unveiling. And what has the cost of running a Seattle apartment got to do with anything? The size of the bathroom is not necessarily defined by the white panel to the left of the fireplace, as it can continue behind the brown panel with the curved edge, and have a false ceiling. There is indeed a small room behind the right side of the fireplace. It would be the same size as the bathroom at the entrance door. It was mentioned, but not seen, in the Cam Winston episodes. Cam used it as a laundry room as it has a water supply, This would be technically accurate: an architect would place the two rooms close together so that the plumbing was compact. In the story, Frasier used it as a cloakroom, and Daphne was annoyed to discover it had a water supply as she had always used the communal laundry in the basement. I hope you will extend your production to show the fourth wall that is never seen in the episodes because of course it does not exist in the studio. Is that wall adorned with paintings, or yet more of Frasier's artefacts? You have full creative freedom.
Thanx. This being the internet, I expect mostly smart-ass comments, so I take them in stride. I'm hoping to finish the apartment some day (there's nothing in the kitchen) but it takes so long and real life is so demanding.
I started this by making just the coffee table and the end table next to the couch. Then it spiraled out of control and I ended up making most of the set. I never finished the kitchen or bedrooms, tho. Thanks for the comment.
Kelsey Grammer as Dr.Frasier Crane (February 21st,1955-) David Hyde Pierce as Dr.Niles Crane (April 3rd,1959-) Jane Leeves as Daphne Moon-Crane (April 18th,1961-) Peri Gilpin as Roz Doyle (May 27th,1961-) John Mahoney as Martin Crane (June 20th,1940- February 4th,2018)

Good try, but there are several "errors" I caught. I'll only mention the most glaring one: Martin's chair is wrong; you need to work more on that iconic piece of Frasier history...
This is epic, Eric, thanks for sharing. Love this show, and the era of life it takes me back to. Well done!

Feels like home. So many good memories

Where is the duct tape on the chair.
IIRC in one of the later seasons the original duct taped chair gets destroyed and Frasier gets Martin a new one without the tape.

The beer can next to Martin's chair is a nice touch.
Should be a Ballentine's though. :)

DOOM: Seattle 😂
Frasier: coming to PS2 Summer 2004!
Frasier is one of my favorite shows and this is amazing.
Edited to add: the detail on the paintings is astonishing. Just......wow.

I notice this is what his apartment would look like now because the Seattle skyline has some of the more recent buildings.
I remember that shelf of vases being much closer to Martin's chair and much larger almost like it worked as a room divider

Why not show the hall and point out where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located? We already know about the living room.
They should have done that for a Funko Pop like Fraser's apartment like what they did with Seinfeld
Something seems eerily off about this place....
Martin's chair is the wrong shape.
The isn't a recliner like in the show but everything else looks great
