- This is my most exciting dream home update to-date with the one-and-only Stradman! I’ve been impressed with the progress so far and seeing the finishes finally come together has been exciting and relieving to say the least. Seeing as Stradman is going through a similar situation with his own home, it’s nice to share the stress load a little bit while doing a walkthrough with someone who understands the circumstances. Material shortages, market fluctuations, and other delays have brought some major stress into my family’s dream project. But, in this video, I HAVE to share the most exciting updates yet!

James is calm in this video. He’s overly animated honestly borderline goofy in all of his videos.
It's all about engagement and clicks, being high energy and loud keeps people watching instead of clicking away. He does his ad read earlier in videos just for that reason, title, thumbnail, teaser, ad, payoff from title, end.

I enjoy both sides of strad the older he gets the more chill and real I could see him going. However his high energy strad probably helps get younger viewers interested in cars and his videos witch is a good thing as well.

What Is a Soffit? Your roof by necessity, will often times extend over the walls of your home. This overhang can go by a few names, such as the house eaves or the rafters of your roof. The underside of this overhang, when given a finished appearance, is known as the soffit, which means “something fixed underneath”. So basically anything underneath is called a Soffit. The Facia is the boards that you can see that is attached the to roof line.

I noticed the same thing!
His is just a garage with a house attached. His first attempt was just a big garage but I believe it was the HOA that didn’t allow it. Chandlers is living based cause he has a life outside of just filming youtube videos. James’s life is literally based around his garage and what’s inside lol

The banks need to take the supply chain into consideration. You can show them that the things holding you back ordered and you are waiting on them. That should be enough. You could also maybe tell them you are okay with starting your mortgage payment and continue to wait on materials as they are available. If I were a banker I would be okay with that.
Completely agree. Feels a bit like a scam on the banks part as they know they can resell this house for more than that loan.

such a nice house but, why not get a custom water fountain that'll fit the look better, not just a commerical one that they use at walmarts

I would have reduced the landscape budget and used the rest of that toward concrete driveways instead of asphalt.
