Dream Home Update. STILL NOT FINISHED

- My biggest real-estate project is [almost] finished! If you’ve been following me, you know that I’ve been working on my dream home for 3 years now. Like most dreams, our home has seemed out-of-reach with delays and nightmares that ranged from big market fluctuations to a couple wrong door handles. But, also like a dream, we have [almost] conquered the beast, [almost] made it to the end of the rainbow, and are now [almost] celebrating loud and proud! I am humbled by the opportunity that I have had in my life to see the fruits of my labor come to pass. Without my amazing opportunities in sales and real estate, or the support of my family and friends, this dream home would definitely not have been possible.
Investing in real estate for the last 10 years, Chandler David Smith currently owns over $25 million worth of rental real estate. Just found your channel. I live in the same area and have been watching a 13,000 square foot house being built below me for the last 1.5 years and is has just barely been enclosed and no interior work done yet. I was amazed that it was taking so long but now I see it is normal in our market with real estate being so crazy. Great video

Wait so the original cost of building the home was 1.6 but he went 2M over budget? When I first saw the house I honestly thought it was worth close to 10M that’s so crazy !!!!! This just shows anything is possible. 💯

Nice house!!! But you need to move the kid's couch away from that rail. Kids playing in the house will jump and climb on the back of the couch and fall over the rail. Put a nice size walk space behind the couch.
Multi million dollar house and a $150, 30inch TV. Never seen that before
Ha ha the smallest TV in the house is 65 inches. Most of them are 75 or 85. They just look a little because of the house. 😜😘

For the size and finish of your house. indoor basketball, indoor pool, plus building during covid. 3.5 million is very reasonable. 1.5 million original quote was laughable even if there were no covid. Glad to see it finally came through. Honestly I feel the design, fit and finish are much better than Stradman's. I am hoping to break ground on my 12000sf modern build next month. Been waiting 3 years for the damn permit.

I agree! There’s so many people that don’t have food to feed thier family. The economy is horrible then we see this. I’m not jealous but living from paycheck to paycheck and getting nowhere is terrible. Glad he’s happy!

sry but this home was never gonna cost only 1.6 mil -_- even if everything was done like it was supose to it was way more than 1.6 mil i work in construction and i did a home like twice as small as that and it was 1.5 mil +the space
