    I got a question about agents and storage units. The agent isn't letting me see financials of the business until I show proof of funds first what's my way around this? Thanks

    If you're borrowing the 400k then surely that means your monthly cashflow is pretty much 0. So are you only getting into this deal for the forced appreciation?

    You gotta pay that $400k back that you borrowed. Not just the $40k it cost you to borrow it. So you made $27k. But hope you got your clicks!

      @@alex.theinvestor.quezada that’s what I’m trying to figure out how to do. I want to get in the storage facility business but do not have the capital and not sure how to structure a deal so I don’t have to use my own capital.

    something aint right you paid 1 mil and all u got was 7k a month gros? ur expense had to be about 2 k a month that leaves u with 5 k a month 60 k net? not worth it
