This can contribute to better blood sugar control and potentially aid in weight loss by promoting the burning of calories.
    Walking at a moderate pace after a meal is unlikely to slow down digestion; in fact, it can have the opposite effect by promoting better digestion. However, engaging in strenuous exercise immediately after eating might divert blood flow away from the digestive system temporarily and could potentially lead to discomfort. So, a gentle walk is generally recommended for aiding digestion.

    लेकिन मैंने तो ऐसा सुना है की खाना खाने के बाद चलने से heart में problem होती है। इसलिए heart problems को avoid करने के लिए खाने के बाद चलना नही चाहिए।

      ​@@DrEducationFITNESS according to fittuber on the basis of ayurveda, after a meal one should not immediately walk. Better one performs vajrasana for making digestion fast. Because after eating, when we instantly stand up, our body got a shock, this is what he said after his research from ayurveda.

      Vaise mein daily 5 meal khata hoon aur har meal k baat vajrashan me bethta hoon 5 mint.
      But fittuber ki adhi se jyada information baseless hoti hai
