Got it on the Watch 6 Classic LTE 47mm in India. The Health Monitor App works on Samsung phones only. Its rumored that this is because of the regularory conpliances and medical data encryption permissions being ruled secure when synced within the Samsung ecosystem with no third party involved. :(
There is a way to get ecg and blood pressure working with a patch on the watch and on the Samsung health monitor. Search shm mod companion. There is a UA-cam guide
One ui 5 wasn't required . I live in india owning a galaxy watch 5 lte and low end Samsung phone m31 running in one ui 4.1 and after the latest update ecg and blood pressure works
