- The latest apparent attempt to assassinate Donald Trump highlights the divisions in the country, ahead of November's election. Particularly divisive is the issue of transgender rights. And it's one the actor Will Ferrell is tackling head on in his latest film.

'Will and Harper' follows him and his friend Harper Steele on a road trip they decide to take after she revealed she was a trans woman.
They revisit some of her favourite places across small-town America - some more tolerant than others.

I had trans friends way before this current trend, they were discriminated against just as homosexual men once were; I stood against this and still do. However, I do not support the current militancy and even less so the drive to push this on children as a cure all for any mental or emotional distress. The issue is nuanced and we should all be given the right to express our disquiet.

Being called a Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist (TERF) is not "abuse," excluding trans women is the abuse. There is no evidence backing up the claim that including trans women in women's spaces (and trans men in men's spaces) leads to increased rates of assault by trans people, it only leads to increased rates of assault AGAINST trans people.
Every bit of evidence we have and can measure argues that it's cis people who are the danger to trans people, not the other way around.
No one is ‘born in the wrong body’ and you can not think your self to womanhood. The trans can live how he likes, but to insist others join the delusion is pure narcissistic fantasy.
