Did you watch the video and understand what was being said? No activist was charged nor was there any evidence to suggest they did in fact spread this avian flu. Also, in your analogy, if there was no evidence to prove you did commit a crime then you would not be charged with anything. Maybe use your critical thinking before spouting nonsense?
