Ca people are kids until 32… aka basically 40.
The chaperone idea might be unfair for some kids, who have busy or uncaring parents who lack the time to spend with their kids. But it's probably the only solution that CCC fair organizers could make to not be racists. Because last year's violence chaos was caused by a specific socioeconomic group of teens.
That's the case with all of California. Same group causing all the chaos. It's the worst in Oakland. And of course we know what group without saying it. Racial population has a high correlation to the amount of crime. Look it up yourselves.
