I can't make an appointment yet. Will I receive a welcome letter from the country I'm in? After that, can I make an appointment?
Hello! Yes, the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in your country will contact you later via email. Then you will follow the instruction for your K1 Visa appointment. That's how it worked on my K1 Visa process.

@@Beyzanur1013 Glad, you finally got an appointment. If the U. S. Embassy require you to have medical treatment then you should do it by following all the instruction they give you via email.
Nag file ako ng AOS Dec 2023 natanggap ko ung COMBO card ko ng Feb 2024 the Feb 22 2024 I received RFE I submit my RFE on March 1 2024 USCIS they received request response of my RFE since then my case status never change it's been 4 months now. Shall I worried or shall I inquire to USCIS?

For your question, I suggest to ask the experience immigration lawyer or maybe others on their channel have some input. Best of luck for your K1 Visa process.
