This video guided me to the I-693 instructions (version 03/09/23) point "3" which answers "What if I am a K nonimmigrant visa holder and already completed an immigration medical examination abroad?" The instructions state in 3.C(1) the case where one does not have to file form I-693 and can submit a valid DS3025 instead. Thank you!
