I think people like you use the word "harass" too lightly and frequently. Stop acting like such a child you know this isn't harassment and if you think it is then you're delusional.
Well, he does have the same tabard than King arthur, sooo... ^^Solaire : vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/darksouls/images/2/2a/Solaireamibo.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20180501122451 King Arthur : cdn.skim.gs/images/llw47jdl8vvu5nvxnakt/15-best-quotes-from-monty-python-and-the-holy-grail-holy-grail-best-quotes
Zack, my boi. I don't know how you do public videos. I'm about to have a heart attack just watching you record and talk to yourself in front of all these people. LOL
I felt like this was some sort of thriller where the longer he stayed, the longer the metaphorical suspicion level would rise until the REEEEEEEEE alarm would go off and D&C would have to Solid Snake his way out of the con. Fuckin' intense. 9/10. Best Summer Flick
I live in San Diego and went to comic con in 2008, right before the intense boom of popularity that was ignited with the Twilight fandom, and the more mainstream it gets the more actual comic enthusiasts get pushed out, it's a pretty sorry state of affairs.
Ricardo, don't lie to me. I used to work with Fillipinos and they would destroy you for chicken/cock fights.Till this day it's considered their national sport.
Leave it to Zack to go only to artist alley and then comment how the con seems small. LOL Ya barely scratches the dealer hall and didn't step foot into the exhibit or hall. Then their is an entire second floor above. Still love ya though. Come back next year for a full experience.
Lol,you made me laugh when you said at first I'll be back and said I probably won't be back ,but the crowd looks small this year, love your channel bro.
If I had seen you there I woulda shouted, "Hey! You're the guy who thinks comics should be well written and drawn by writers/artists that are qualified. You racist!"
The big black ones with the art on them are from the convention itself. They hand them out on a first come first serve basis and has a program, souvenir book and various other freebies inside. Honestly by the time you make it onto the floor those things are life savers because trying to carry shit in your hands and not drop it in a swarm of people is crazy. Imagine getting an original page of art and trying not to get that bent by people rubbing shoulder to shoulder for 200 yards as you make your way to the exit. Backpack with the art in a plastic sleeve, you're solid.
The big bags are not first come, first serve. When you go you go upstairs to the Sails Pavilion where they scan your badge and you get a souvenir book, Guide Book, and Quick Guide, plus a big tote. Anyone with more than two brain cells to rub together has a backpack to put that stuff in, and to carry water and snacks, and to carry other purchases you might make. The smart folks plan and prepare like Eisenhower before D-Day, as "Chance favors the prepared."
I was at SDCC back in 2008 and had a blast. But, I think that was the beginning of the end. I have zero desire to go to any comic cons here in Canada or in the US. They're not about comics, they're about 'nerd culture', which is ... oh right... what they're doing with Marvel... 'nerd culture' is a 'lifestyle brand'. Barf. No thanks.
I've been to comic con a few times so watching this weird feeling of being in the convention hall but not constantly bumping into people is throwing me off
Thursday and Friday are the two big days for getting exclusives. Most stuff ends up selling out by Saturday. If you play your cards right, you can pay for your whole vacation at SDCC by standing in line for hours and fighting people or the opportunity to gamble by buying expensive exclusives to flip online. Comic Con is actually far too large for the San Diego Convention center and most of the events are out in town.
10 minutes of Zack not getting almost every cosplay right. Well spent 10 minutes though. I wonder how many of your haters watched this video and said "Dammit, I was there but I did not see him in time".
Fun video! On the other hand... today I went for the first time since early 2000s to one of the biggest book/comic/magazine shops to check how many comics are being sold there. In the 90s I could find at least 20 different comics in every bus stop "kiosk" and today I saw literaly zero comics at that chain shop. ZERO, NADA, NULL, MARU... comics. In that shop, they used to sell a lot of western comics in early 2000s. Right now, they are selling a lot of translated japanese manga's and 2-3 times more transated books. Btw. I do live in Poland and I used to buy Lobo comic when I was a kid. I did loved that comic. 90s were great.
The artist alley probably WAS bigger at Seattle Comicon. Remember, SDCC is no longer about comics. It's movies and TV and has lost its original character. There are many vendors that don't bother with SDCC anymore because it's too crowded, too expensive, and they just aren't selling the volume of books they sold a few years back...
next time you need to clear a path , just point in the OPPOSITE direction and scream "ITS KATHLEEN KENNEDY !! SHE KILLED STAR WARS !!! GET HER !!!!! ! . stand back as the fans stampede after her .
R Bruggeman Toronto fan expo is about 2 football fields with comics, artists, and vendors. And multiple levels above it(2 I believe) with panels, and a 2nd location about as long but wider than a football field as well with more vendors and celebrity guests. Just saying, even it's equal size I was expecting more for the hype of sdcc.
Ya I think it's pretty good. It doesn't get bogged down with the movie stuff so it's still pretty comic focused, and some tv stuff(mostly the tv shows that are filmed here and in Vancouver)/cartoons; quite a few game booths too. Artists alley is the busiest section. Most of the panels are comic focused, and then some tv panels(but mostly for the shows that film in Canada since not a lot of news breaks out of Canada), and some fanboy panels for the cult classics(bruce campbell, nathan fillion, etc.). I finished my Question run last expo, so I'm pretty pleased with it.
The Knight before you was the Knight Solaire of Dark Souls, going always before you to promise a great victory, and to Praise the Sun in Jolly Cooperation.

Social Anxiety Simulator: Out of the Loop PTSD Dad Edition

This one wins
"Middle Aged Man stumbles through crowd trying to find and harass strong independent women for 10 minutes"
The_Rust_47 👌😂
I think people like you use the word "harass" too lightly and frequently. Stop acting like such a child you know this isn't harassment and if you think it is then you're delusional.
10 minutes at SDCC was all it took to trigger Zack's Vietnam PTSD.
@Snorlax: Nah, he has PTSD since the Great War.
I could smell the b.o. and axe body spray through my screen
🤣
Snorlax *Korea
I'M GOIN' IN... ok, Bumblebee something... artists, yeah... there's a bathroom... a Filipino... ok. That was ComicCon. Truly an incredible experience.
The Burning Sensation Top comment, votes notwithstanding.
Bumblebee tuna?
LoL I know right
WHAT'S THIS?! A low attendance comic con woefully underpopulated by bees?! My comic sleeve full of bees should put a stop to that!
And THAT is what we call *The Kessel Run* !!
You're the reason why we need best comment awards
I didn't know I could get car sick, sea sick, and social anxiety from the same video.
Vc Verde well we didn’t subscribe for the cinematic experience.
A true masterpiece. Film students will work on this one for decades. I can't even describe this. "A fever dream in video form" might be a start.
Fake Media article: D&C harass comic fans at comic con for 10 minutes
D&C micro-aggresses women by NOT ogling them.
he sees a guy with a beard, "I think that was mags visaggio "
*girl with a beard
I'm Latino, and the first time I went to a Filipino party I got confuse when they ask me if I wanted to try Putos
hahaha
I would say that "I prefer putas"
Ricardo Guanipa did you?
So friggin good though!
Ricardo Guanipa filipinos got some Spanish or Chinese in their blood or both
There was quite a large crowd to shout "Hi everyone, it's ya boi Zack" at!
You should have tried to find the marvel comic pros and give them some flex tape so they can fix their broken franchise.
Social anxiety on video.
Except he was talking loudly seemingly to himself amongst hundreds of people.
_Did you just_ ...no, you did *not* just call Knight Solaire a *friggin'* Monty Python.
I had a feeling that was Solaire. The sun was not praised today.
The Sun must always be praised! \[T]/

Yes, yes. Let the hate FLOW through you.

Zack, my boi. I don't know how you do public videos. I'm about to have a heart attack just watching you record and talk to yourself in front of all these people. LOL
Zach doing the SDCC run in 12 parsecs
....I feel like I just wasted 10 minutes of my life, since I kept expecting a twist of some kind. I want my money back, Richard!
Ikr? I was expecting him to get chased out by by a mob or something.
Who's Richard?
I thought maybe there was going to be a Jawbreakers table, or John Malin would be there or something.
“Am I crazy or is this not a very big convention,” Zach’s comprehension of reality is on par with his reading comprehension.
I take it he's never heard of Hall H. ;)
SDCC speedrun
SDCCDQ
I'm pretty sure 10 minutes exactly is the record though ^_~
SJW really killed the cosplay enthusiast. This was in San Diego or Soviet Union? No more booth babes?
Soviet Union had more beautiful girls; at least they aren't fatties.
Hi I'm Zack. I have 81 thousand you tube subs and I hate crowds!
I pictured more half-naked women there. Then again, I tend to expect half-naked women at everything; that's why I'm always disappointed by funerals.
Neo Theatre you’ve never been to a funeral in West Virginia then!
nice meeting you dude, sorry for being nervous :)
"Great experience, I'll definitely be back... No I'll probably not come back." Make up your mind haha
Filipina girlfriend when you are weeabo but you couldn't get a Japanese one
same, in high school i had a Filipina gf wish she was Japanese.
Ziusudra I'm filipino but the filipino in Canada (Calgary) are arrogant, cocky, always say motherf..ker or f..ck in tagalog.
I'm gonna be THAT guy but Philippines isn't part of any continent. :D
Sorian Sky I'm going to be that guy but it's located within Asia.
Ricardo Guanipa I had to settle for Chinese...
It was like watching a gopro mounted on a dog or a cat with the owner's commentary.
Quick, Zack, you've been found out, send Luna the abort signal!
Yeah that was knight solaire from the Monty python sketch "dark souls"
Johnaxl I’m surprised he wasn’t screaming “Praise the sun!”.
I felt like this was some sort of thriller where the longer he stayed, the longer the metaphorical suspicion level would rise until the REEEEEEEEE alarm would go off and D&C would have to Solid Snake his way out of the con.
Fuckin' intense. 9/10. Best Summer Flick
I'm glad you survived Zack, the world needs you like it needs Superman. (The Non-Bendis version of course!)
The older I get, the more my con experiences go down exactly like this.
It kinda looks boring to be around.
Why?
I feel like some kind of message got sent there. But I have no idea what it was.
That was like 10 times longer than your live stream visits.
Zack: "where is everyone?"
Me: "hmn... maybe I do have claustrophobia"
I live in San Diego and went to comic con in 2008, right before the intense boom of popularity that was ignited with the Twilight fandom, and the more mainstream it gets the more actual comic enthusiasts get pushed out, it's a pretty sorry state of affairs.
Filipinos have three passions
Basketball shorts
Karaoke
And Comicon
Ricardo, don't lie to me. I used to work with Fillipinos and they would destroy you for chicken/cock fights.Till this day it's considered their national sport.
And don't forget Jolly Bee.
Padre Cocinero Jollibee, also their other padsion is screaming Pinoy Pride
Dee that's just wimin
+Waldrich Lee I never heard someone scream it but Filipino television promotes "Pinoy Pride" like every 10 minutes on certain channels.
Leave it to Zack to go only to artist alley and then comment how the con seems small. LOL Ya barely scratches the dealer hall and didn't step foot into the exhibit or hall. Then their is an entire second floor above. Still love ya though. Come back next year for a full experience.
Something sum here and something sum there....eh..something else... Filipinos...some..... Lloyd Kaufman...some stuff...and....I'm out!😂
I'm jealous about Lloyd Kaufman. All I got to see at the con I wen to was submissive pikachu.
PERFECT
Aaaand out before Momoken can grab a piece of Zack's fine bootay
This looks more like FilipinoCon
Ricardo Guanipa Welcome to California bro
MikoDraw "Calipornia"
Robert Cesario Kalipornya*
You technically got in there at 0:13 and go out at 10:21, so cut yourself some slack
Hot, sweaty, crowded, and filled with hipsters who aren't into comics. Though to be fair, Thursday is the best day to go.
congrats on your first vlog Zack LOL
2:23 praise the sun!!
Lol,you made me laugh when you said at first I'll be back and said I probably won't be back ,but the crowd looks small this year, love your channel bro.
This is my 2nd favorite video besides the time you went to meet Frank Miller and geeked out like a fan girl.
If I had seen you there I woulda shouted, "Hey! You're the guy who thinks comics should be well written and drawn by writers/artists that are qualified. You racist!"
This is like the Casabonita episode of South Park.
The Widow's Son 😂👍🔥
This is an incredibly accurate statement.
I just bought seasons 6-10 on blu-ray and literally just got done watching that episode. lol
all those goddamn book bags...

brb, gotta go check my blood pressure after watching this. I feel tired and lightheaded.
This video is what you would rememeber after going to a con coked out of your mind.
You weren’t even trying at the end. “Okay, there’s a guy in this booth. Over in the other booth, there’s another guy.”
This is just like MCM, all it takes is a couple of knuckle draggers and nobody gets to move.
That should be a long enough visit to cause the cat food crew to REEEEEEEEEE their lil heads off
I went in the mid 90's too! Didn't they wind up breaking SDCC into several convention centers/rooms or something? Might be why it looks smaller.
You did it! And you came out alive!
It's never "busy" on Thursday, tomorrow afternoon will be madness and last through Saturday night.
4 minutes in and I have motion sickness...nah boi, nah... Audio only for that last 5 minutes.
Gettin flashbacks to being too drunk to navigate the crowds and losing track of my friends.
This is like that south park episode where Cartman is about to get arrested before he gets to enjoy Casa Bonita so he has to rush everything lmao
you did the casa bonita run
Why is my heartrate twice the normal rate?
It's like I'm at the event with you! Thanks for sharing!
I got sweaty just watching this.
In and out in under 10min? Way to 'dad' it up.
I was at SDCC back in 2008 and had a blast. But, I think that was the beginning of the end. I have zero desire to go to any comic cons here in Canada or in the US. You had some bad RNG on your con speedrun to get stuck behind that guy!
I've been to comic con a few times so watching this weird feeling of being in the convention hall but not constantly bumping into people is throwing me off
I only had five minutes to watch so I went with 2x speed...great workout!
I hate how COMIC con has become everything con now
Thursday and Friday are the two big days for getting exclusives. Most stuff ends up selling out by Saturday. Comic Con is actually far too large for the San Diego Convention center and most of the events are out in town.
Thanks for the insider look Zack! And yeah you're right, this looks like Gen Con, not Comic Con
10 minutes of Zack not getting almost every cosplay right. Well spent 10 minutes though. I wonder how many of your haters watched this video and said "Dammit, I was there but I did not see him in time".

When I would be entering this building and the first things I see were Bumblebee, Solo and Konami, I would take this as my cue to leave immediately.
a truly immersive experience. is it available in vr?
Lmfao. Met a lot of people. Had a great experience. Lol
I haven't been to ComicCon since 1981. Clairmont signed my Uncanny #142 while Miller doodled some chick with funny daggers.
I was really worried that you would run into Knock-out-tomi TIm.
Solid quick-hit 10 min SDCC Vid! Feel like I've been there now.
Watching this gave me motion sickness. I went to the Seattle comiccon and the artist ally seemed way bigger than this one.
The artist alley probably WAS bigger at Seattle Comicon.

"Omaha con" lol
I'm now a member of the "Zack-Induced Motion Sickness Squad"...thanks for the vid, wish I could be there!
I felt so anxious watching this and kept praying for your safety.
You lasted 9 minutes and 59 seconds longer than I thought you would.
"Thats what she said" as they say.
The potpourri was for all the nerds that didn't shower.
You got alpha male'd at a speed run through a lame con. Good times, very immersive experience.
Just from this quick look, it looks smaller and quieter than Toronto Fan Expo. But I'm sure Saturday will be a zoo.
R Bruggeman Toronto fan expo is about 2 football fields with comics, artists, and vendors. And multiple levels above it(2 I believe) with panels, and a 2nd location about as long but wider than a football field as well with more vendors and celebrity guests.

But ya same thing with the toys, I'd never buy merch at a con unless it was a super cool exclusive. You can get stuff way cheaper online.
Momocon was bigger than this and it's mostly only known for anime and was in Atlanta Georgia. This is really sad in comparison.
I just finished watching your new video. . . and then refreshed the page and saw that it was removed. What the heck, man? What the _heck_ ?
This is like how my anxiety works, except I have the sensation everyone is watching me.
"I don't know who this guys is, looks like he's up to something." - best thing you said
i cant wait for the sequel : I went to SAN DIEGO COMIC CON for Exactly 10 seconds
"Check out Richard C. Meyer's sweeping coverage of San Diego Comic Con, where we get a piercing look at the back of other people's heads!"
You forgot to wear your "Hello, I am: YA BOI ZACK aint I a stinker" t-shirt
I'm going to the LA Comic-Con how does the San Diego when compared if you've been to both?
Dude, you're nuts! Nice camera work
The only name I recognized was Amy Chu. She is writing the current comic run of Red Sonja and Dejah Thoris.
