This was a amazing video. My dad was stationed in San Diego. He was a marine. Seeing the place where I was born was cool.
Nate, as a seasoned SDCC vet, I HIGHLY encourage you to hit up the Gaslamp district for your snacks and meals instead of anything at the convention center itself. Barleymash and Basic Pizza are some of my all-time faves in SD.
I second that! I saw him heading to Cafe Express and I was like ‘Nooooo!!!!’

Go across the street from the Convention center and you have some of the best restaurants in San Diego. Next to Petco park.

Loved this video! I attended SDCC for 7 years in a row (2011 through 2017), but have not been able to get a badge since then. Thanks very much for making me feel like I was there. And I'm overjoyed that you had such a good time!
We were able to go twice back in 2007 and 2008. We were so overwhelmed but LOVED it! Definitely need to have your priorities in order and bring snacks and water. So much to do. We made so many new friends. Now We watch all the videos and keep up with the news. Great cosplayers too! And the actors! It's a MUST check on a bucket list. Thanks for being there!!!

Oh we can't wait to see what this is like, thanks for showing us!! RSVLTS booth will be so cool too, I have 2 RSVLTS and definitely needing more! haha! Oh we tried to make the Cafe Nose' at home.. Yeah total fail, undrinkable!! lol We cold brewed taquila over ground beans overnight in the fridge.. NOPE! Can't wait to watch!

@@PagingMrMorrow so don't do the normal cold brew proportions of 1 cup ground beans to 4 cups water (in this case tequila), totally undrinkable hahaha! Not sure what the proportions would be, have to experiment.. but we may leave it up to the experts at la cava! :-)
