i think the gas passer should 1. totally refill the gauge at resupply. or if you're against that, just reduce how much damage it takes to refill it. because like you said, it feels like you have no secondary most of the time 2. make the gauge time based instead of damage based (or based on both). EDIT: Found out that it's already time based, it just takes too long. so, decrease the time it takes to refill. 3. allow the gassed effect to persist while the enemy is on fire to prevent being accidentally cucked out of the crit another idea i had for it is have it so that if you hit the lingering cloud with fire damage, it could explode, allowing pyro to effectively rocket jump, so you aren't giving up 100% of your mobility. and ofc you could also just blow up the cloud to damage a group of enemies

gas passer should give minicrits to fire damage, plus grant infinite afterburn as long as the enemy is wet

I believe the gauge is already damage and time based. i think #3 alone would make it vastly better though
