I hate the Kunai because it rewards above average players by making them turn worse players into *SUPER HEALTH PACKS* punishing new players for existing near where the Kunai spy is causing problems, punishes mid levels for mistakes that end up costing their team because of the weapon, and it punishes good players for no reason other than the team they’re on. Nothing is more infuriating than being hard focused as heavy because you are seen as a easy target, or having the Kunai spy you are dumping all your ammo on become temporarily unkillable after he ran straight after the most unaware player.

And here comes the bonesaw which may even be the "worst" melee weapon since it has no effect, but it has the highest attack speed which is very good for finishing off opponents who underestimate you and of course it is the best weapon for self defense as well as the standard syringe gun, you see a pattern, don't you? . Of course the crossbow and ubersaw exist, but they are only good if your team is good at protecting you, otherwise you will be more vulnerable than you already are. i think the gas passer should 1. totally refill the gauge at resupply. or if you're against that, just reduce how much damage it takes to refill it. because like you said, it feels like you have no secondary most of the time 2. make the gauge time based instead of damage based (or based on both). EDIT: Found out that it's already time based, it just takes too long. so, decrease the time it takes to refill. 3. allow the gassed effect to persist while the enemy is on fire to prevent being accidentally cucked out of the crit another idea i had for it is have it so that if you hit the lingering cloud with fire damage, it could explode, allowing pyro to effectively rocket jump, so you aren't giving up 100% of your mobility. and ofc you could also just blow up the cloud to damage a group of enemies

gas passer should give minicrits to fire damage, plus grant infinite afterburn as long as the enemy is wet
