    At 57, after 3 years WFPB, finally slim after decades of starving and binge-eating, and happily maintaining my desired weight, I am finally at peace with my body and I can honestly say that I love every imperfection too, my nose included, which I now call 'my important nose' that's big to help me breathe better! I've also been exercising for the past 18 months and I enjoy seeing what my body is capable of, I'm doing a lot of stretches and elongating and weight-bearing exercises and feel stronger and healthier than ever. Thank you Dr Goldner for keeping us healthy and plant-based and may I just say how elegant and beautiful you always look too. Thank you!

    I would love to see Dr. Goldner discuss histamine intolerance. It took 20 years to be diagnosed

      Same here - was just going to post a question. I prefer spinach , but it kicks of my histamine reaction ( I take a DAO to counter it) . I'm just wondering if over time , the protocol will actually help heal my histamine issues.

      The book "The Fiber Fueled Cookbook," specifically addresses this issue. Don't let the title turn you away, it's so much more than a cookbook. I highly recommend it.

      look into your copper level and symptoms of copper deficiency to see if you have those symptoms. It can cause histamine intolerance. People have supplemented with copper and fixed the histamine problem. Look up 'The Copper Revolution'.

    Love your inspiration so much ! Regarding oxalates / sulphur / nightshades / fruit sugar (I don’t eat any junk or crap foods ), for me specifically, I genuienly think I have an issue with the phytonutrients. Long story short, I was crippled by levofloxacin (was in a wheelchair all of 2021 post taking that antibiotic and can only walk minimally compared to my former athletic life days prior to that Rx)
    Since then…I get LOTS of gut and tendon and joint inflammation w foods, constant yeas (I love fruit), digestion issues (was diagnosed w partial gastro paresis), delayed digestion emptying, ect ect.
    What do we sensitive folks do that are sensitive to sulfur and oxalates and nightshades?😢.
    Another issue is I get a pain deep pain in the right side of my vagina (feels like it’s on the pelvic / ovary area but deep deep deep in vagina like there is something heavy sitting on it, the more I eat fiberous foods or tomatoes or oxalates.
    I have developed eating disorder (starve when I get overwhelmed and all the body responses/ then binge uncontrollably (eating all healthy fruits and vegs, but then go back to issues within a couple weeks again and repeat) and always stressed bc I just want to get my healthy active life 😫😔💔. I feel hopeless. I love fruit and veggies but I don’t know how to make them love me like they served me well for so many years😕.

    I also got acid issues, ulcers and esophagitis with the smoothies. My gi doc told me to only eat cooked or steamed vegetables. I can’t wait to be able to go back to fresh smoothies. They made me feel so good.

    • @annettesilva2120
      @annettesilva2120 11 місяців тому

      Ignore your GI doc. Why would he say something like that to you? He's obviously trying to keep you sick or he's not a real doctor. Sorry you're getting confusing advice. Blended greens are very broken down because they are already blended. You need the hyper nutrition to heal whatever is ailing you. The "spaced eating" Dr G recommends healed me from bloating during and after eating. Also called intermittent fasting.

    Don't actually have 'proof' but my vertigo went away when I started doing qigong and when I have been a bit busy or been on holiday and so have dropped the qigong for a few days then it starts to come back. Returning to the qigong makes it go away again :🙂

    I am supposed to have my gallbladder taken out soon because it’s not squeezing things out right anymore. Could this diet save me from that surgery or is it too late? I also have a movement disorder along with autoimmune issues such as
    lupus, fibromyalgia, vitiligo, and sojrin’s disease. Would it help with the movement disorder? The neurologist thinks it’s from stress but who knows.

      I'm not Dr G but i definately think her protocol will help you with all your symptoms. Remember that a lot of you conditions are not necessarily disease but symptoms of one disease or side effects of medications that you are taking. Again I'm not Dr Goldner but if she doesn't get back to you asap then please consider what I've said. Try the protocol as you have nothing to lose already since you are suffering already from so many things.

    I just can't understand why you don't have results in healing diabetes? Their are so many plant base diets that I thought could reverse Diabetes. Can you explain why your diet plan doesn't work or are you just into autoimmune/lupus clients?

    • @annettesilva2120
      @annettesilva2120 11 місяців тому

      Her protocol most definately reverses diabetes. Where did you hear that it doesn't? She has always said that T2D is the easiest autoimmune to heal and that it generally heals within 3-4 weeks.
