The Proof got the best physique. Dude at like 2% bodyfat, and proportions perfect. super shredded. this dude got alot of muscle but it aint super dense and dry.. he got alot of water weight

@@dsaasds6112 , I have been reading up on muscle building techniques on podcasts featuring admitted juicers, and admitted juicers who died from it. The common myth is it is difficult to be a certain size, and be threaded at the same time. I just workout for health reasons, no drugs and definitely do not look like that.
