Great tips! Just started getting into theory, performing and stuff. Definitely stuff I wish I didn't neglect earlier on in my guitar playing. I always that I had to be limited because I only hae an acoustic but I realized that all of these things you mentioned are still accessible to me and that I should learn about them. Thanks for this, it was simple to grasp and understand while still being helpful.
Thanks Mike I have been learning/playing going on 4 year's now and of course there's still thing's maybe I should go back and revise what knowledge I already have, but I am far from a beginner though that telecasters good bait 😀I like it and I'm looking for a telecaster just now and was thinking about actually buying the Artist guitar's version of the tele with their own bullbucker pickups but I would prefer that player plus guitar lol 🎯
Remember you don't have to explore every category Dave, just follow the fun! Anytime you feel overwhelmed, just keep it simple and learn songs that you love.
Disappointing. The "guitar world" includes classical guitars and ukuleles. A baritone ukulele is nothing more than a 4 string guitar. Mike describes a "Demi-world." I was hoping for more.
There were no exclusions made in this video. Every single category is applicable to ukuleles and classical guitars and I doubt we are expected to explore every single category but the great thing is that we can do so whenever we decide to, regardless of what types of guitar we play. The only type of "guitar" that is excluded from certain categories would be a bass guitar as I doubt anyone can easily strum one of those things lmao

Brilliant, thanks for the feedback! :)
Like the various sections you cover - sounds great 😊

A very helpful, honest and modest account.
