@ruiraptor Great video! would you be able to make a BL touch installation video for this printer? the firmware has been released, but I haven't found a good step by step guide showing the process on how to set that up with this printer. my glass bed isn't flat so I'm really needing this bltouch upgrade. Thanks!

Where is the 220-110 voltage selector? Cant find it!!!
Where did you order the Z switch and motor from? I ordered mine then waited until just after the warranty expired to assemble it and I have the same broken Z-switch and bent rod on the motor exactly like yours. Creality is refusing to do anything because it's past the warranty.
What is the length of t type lead screw and what's the size of diameter and thread pitch anyone pls explain me
I need aome help pls, I got my Sermoon D1, I ensamble it and my Y axis its not working, when I turn on the printer and move Y axis, it sounds and move just a few, then it doesnt move or sound 🙃
My screen does not turn on but the fans whirl, what can I do?
Rotate the Y axis motor 90 degrees so cord does not rub on the plastic. It broke the connector inside the stepper. Move the door hinge 5mm forward. The doors will open 180 degrees.
Just curious how will printing stick to this bed. For mine I have to use some adhesives.. And I don't understand why they placed the screen inside the enclosure.

what does tightening the coupler screws after installing the T rod do, i have searched and searched and it does nothing. I completely loosen it, then drop in the T rod and then tighten the screw all the way and the T rod just pops back out, it doesnt hold it in place or anything so what is the point, in fact ive seen a few people just drop the T rod in and move on to the next step, what is the purpose of these coupler screws?
So my conclusion … they really sell a printer like this envlosed at the sides bot not on top? What is this good for? Eye-candy? According to what I know heat moves from bottom to top while possible dirt from the surroundings will probably fall down.
And one more thing. They really sell such a monster of machine (with a couple of nice details which I have to admit) without an automatic bed leveling sensor/mechanism? Well…
Nevertheless I am excited on details of the construction of the hotend. Is it all-metal?
You do not need to replace the whole motor with the bent shaft, the shaft can be replaced.

Great video. I have this printer and also had the damaged Z switch. I replaced that and raised the couplings that attach the threaded rods to the motor shafts. By the way, you are the only reviewer that seems to have caught that problem.
My issue is the bed thinks home position is about 20mm lower than the print head and its is impossible to level the bed much less print. Do you have any idea how the printer sets the home position? I can disable the motors and manually raise the bed to the point it activates the replaced Z switch but the motors will not raise the bed that high, as it stops when it reaches the 20mm too low home position.
I look forward to your review of this buggy printer.
Hi Jesse, check the small black plate that secures the Z endstop switch. You can adjust this plate (up/down). You can also loosen the levevling knobs a bit to raise the bed.
@@ruiraptor The Z switch is adjusted as low as it can go. When bed leveling, the bed stops so low that a full range of adjustment on the leveling knobs will not get the bed high enough. Is there a way to adjust where the printer thinks home position is in the Z axis so the bed will stop at a higher position?
It has been caught in about 7 reviews I have seen.

Olá Paulo, o switch é o Omron SS-5GL. Algumas lojas portuguesas têm este switch.

As an Certified Electronics tech of over 25 years, it is NOT wrong to have tinned wires for the hard connections to the junction ( it actually prevents them from slipping out and gives a crush point ). Putting the extra connectors on the cable actually ADDS a point of failure and lower amperage. I see this in every review and you guys are ABSOLUTETLY wrong. NO electrician uses a connector to do wiring in a house to a wall socket, let alone a breaker box, this is no different.

i'm sorry but i have to disagree with your comment for several reasons. I work with electronics for many years and I'm also certified, so I know what I'm talking about. In every professional installation where you have these type of screw type connectors and flexible wires, you always need to add ferrules to the wires. These ferrules DO NOT add points of failure and/or lower amperage if they are correctly crimped with the correct tool. For house wiring and wall sockets, normally it's used rigid wires and for rigid wires, no ferrules are required.
The guy who started the BS rumor about ferrules no doubt had a lot of ferrules to sell.
