12:39 There are companies that make usb powered bug repellant bug sponge heaters. You can buy the active ingredient and just recharge the mats often. If there is no wind, it's like a 15' bubble of protection. Maybe a few get through, but it works like a charm. Let me know if you want more details of my setup.

Thanks, that’s an excellent suggestion. Are you talking about the Thermacell mosquito repellant? We bought one a couple years ago but I’d totally forgotten about it since we don’t get that many mosquitoes in Utah. We’ll definitely bring it next time!

Awesome footage and well narrated. I’m going to have to try the Flat Tops, I usually go central or south Colorado mountains. The mosquitoes may keep me away in the summer months though!
Greetings from Buena Vista Colorado. No mosquitoes 🦟 here!

I don't think you'll be disappointed with the Flat Tops. But yes, depending on the time of year, you may hit some mosquitoes. Totally love the southern mountains as well. Do you have any good recommendations for trails down in your neck of the woods?

@@rccola362 This covered Blair mountain and the trail to Adams Lake. And yes, there are several lakes up there. We also hit the Transfer trail from Glenwood Springs.

Labor Day last year. It’s a great time to go because the mosquitoes are dead.
