After much study of the sweaty classic player brain, they seem to have literally nothing going on upstairs. These are the people that will cut you off in traffic, then gawk at you open mouthed.
We had a coalition on Nightslayer a few days ago. It got crashed, spammed with racial slurs, and deleted lol. So, we made a new coalition, except it's not for any loot - it's a PvP coalition. Every guild in there has sworn they don't care for, nor want any of the loot, we just want to make sure Horde get net 0 World Bosses. We have the networks, scouts and everything going, but all to disrespect Horde.
Lol... Man I've been an ally player for almost 20 years but had to roll what friends rolled.. so I'm horde now. .don't love it. But it is what it is. horde side is organized 2, and Id bet anything with a lot more guilds/members... GL though
We had a guild on Rattlegore that dominated world bosses on Alliance side and we were able to "heatmap" the spawns. Once we had that, we were able to predict the spawns within a 4-6 hour window. It was a game changer.
I was in Instability on herod and i remember it being all about the loot for pve and server first races at least at first. But it later splintered due to internal faction griefing in the coalition over the loot and wbuff dispelling. It became a huge problem when it was found that the GM of Tempest was the user of a famous dispeller on horde and some of them were griefing WCB*. That combined with the girefing over loot amd also loot grievances is what i remember splinteted the coalition
2019 - 2020 Mandoki EU was a fun time with the world boss drama, legends say there is a excel sheet with the scouter shifts like on their 9to5, and big fights on discord everyone yelling at each other
I'm pretty sure you are missremembering the "bot" situation for scouting. it wasnt a bot in the sense that it was some random account playing the game by its self, it was an addon that an actual person downloaded or a WA i cant remember, that unit scanned and posted a msg in discord if it saw the world boss, it still required someones real account, you still had to keep the account logged in manually ect.
Not currently playing but I find your videos interesting from a game theory/psychohistory perspective. Are you familiar with Robert Greene? It sounds like you are.
Sell all BoEs and give a dividend. Usually have a banker that takes a small cut so they are motivated to sell quickly and pay out fast. Dont have any videos on it, but thats it basically.
Saying horde have a racial advantage in large scale world pvp is wild. Paladin bubbles + freedom + bops, mages with escape artist, stone form to get out of blinds, fear wards but horde have the advantage because of will of the forsaken and a 15 % stun resist that doesnt even matter in a sapper war lol
I played on spanish server back in 2019. There was only one realm and peak population of around 5k, most of them in Horde, and there wasn't any layers. From my personal experience in (griefing) world bosses, I can say that all that should matter here is having fun denying enemy coalition from killing it. Don't commit to scouting/second account/dealing with bots if you don't enjoy the Pvp, the sauce, the drama. If you only want some loot this content is not for you. Only around 4 items are really worth and if your server is decently populated you are competing even against people from guilds of your own coalition too. The loot that matters in a dominant coalition is part of guild politics and is, concealed or not, already sorted out, doesn't matter if you break your back scouting, summoning, griefing, etc. Be mindful it's not only scouting but the logistics of bringing +40 people there, having summoners, clickers, mages for ocasional raidwiping, lvl1s to grief Kazzak, hunters for kiting Azu, a lot of stuff going on. The loot, again from my personal experience, is just a secondary flex. No one will remember you had the hit cloak or the wand, everyone (even people not involved in WBs) will remember stealing a kill. Imo the automated scouter doesn't change much, it's just the obvious development of the bot situation. I wouldn't want to be involved into WBs being random loot piñatas. I would choose bashing my horns against other players, (even own faction) everytime.
So you just havnt ever played classic before aye? On my server Thunderfury in 2019, there were no guilds that killed world bosses. It was all a world boss discord. Randoms from every guild. You did need to be invited in, ofc we didnt want every default UI shtter getting in, theyre bad. Kinda looks like you are too. They get fked up with internal politics almost always? No. The system was ms>os and if you spotted you got a bonus +15 or something on your roll. We were the only people on that killed world bosses. Horde would try but couldnt kill them. I had several pieces of loot. You would get a ping at 2 in the morning and forreal we would go kill with a group of 25. It was easy asf.
He said he played on Herod, you mentioned Thunderfury. They were 2 different servers, with different players, different number of degenerates. I played on Gehennas EU and my experience follows closely to what JakeFromTree describes here. Sounds like Thunderfury was quite a tame server...
@@joaxx4627 The sweepers coming in to say pointless sht tbh. Yeah of course it depends on your server. Thats why this noobs blanket statements of youll never get any world boss loot and its all corrupt is pretty dumb. Especially since now we have layering. I had several WB items without layers. I will never be convinced that getting world bosses without layers was the hardest way to kill them. We had to fight horde for them all the time. If you wipe you get a debuff and cant get in range for 15 minutes. Horde gets a pull then you get a pull. Dont care if you say my server was 'tame' - I bet youre mad cause youre bad. Forreal if you are in the nightslayer world boss disc and get a ping at 2am, youll get into the group its literally that easy. Maybe not week 1, but wait a phase and people will be over the novelty of the new bosses.
The sweaty classic player needs to be studied in psychology courses. This is batshit insane.

thats the spirit bro keep that up
The cope is real horde coalition is 50 guilds strong gg 😂😂 alliance too soft

Thanks for the shout out my man; was great having you in raid. -Keedz

so you're saying i have no chance at the kazzak mace?
Yeah in that shit version of the game
The shadow damage pants from Kazzak are BIS for shadow priests. Not giving it to the shadow priest was a douchey move. You sound like a tool bag.
Loot on alts is useless
I want to know how world bosses are going to work on these mega servers with multiple layers.

It was not just unit scan

Ive seen some of that guys shorts for sure. Haven't read his book
@@JakeFromTree Yeah, same for me.
the tragedy of the commons strikes again.
On another topic, have you ever shared your thoughts on guild banks publically?

Bro the world boss coalition on nightslayer blew up before it even launched 😂

Love all these monologues coming out lol, taking me back

That's because thunderfury was a bitch server.
