There is definitely a vibe within a guild when you can tell they like playing with each other, and occasionally they have the skills to hash things out and also play well without being overly toxic. Currently in something like that in Twow
I raid led and was apart of a guild that prioritized performance. Guild was called Nocturnal, it honestly felt tiresome and toxic in the end. I also played in other guilds that prioritized performance but one particular one rewarded players not only for performance but for the social aspect and how long they were in the guild. It felt the most genuine, miss it all the time. I could login and just escape with the homies.
Iistening to your vids and the understandinh and nuance of the game an interacting with ppl makes me wish i rolled ally as crazy as that may sound lols for teh hoard
The squeaky wheel gets the grease. That shit happens IRL all the fucking time. It's one of the most annoying everyday commonplace occurrences. Also good reliable people always get taken advantage of so that the loud annoying lazy people are given what they don't deserve.
