    This looks damn good. I'm a big fan of miso so the strong flavor sounds perfect for me. Also, I'm addicted to raw red onions and scallion so this really is perfect.... I'd snort it for sure.

    Very simple indeed... idk where I would ever find Conch at here in Ohio.. but i would def try it... ive been looking for Snails in a can for a while now... i want to.make Bibimbap w them 🥰👍... never tried it. But I will one day... not scared to try most anything except live Octopus... that terrifies me...Poor things... 😢😱💝 blah blah... thanks for sharing your recipe 😀🤜🤛😉✌

    Anyone count the slices of Chef Hiro-san's slicing the onion?
    Name + san is loosely translated to Mr., Mrs., madam or sir, a sign of respect.
    Plus or minus 130 slices.
    Replayed that portion of the vid... 5 times...
    Close your eyes, count the number of chops w his knife on the board. Try to count.

    I like to make a sushi roll with miso and honey. I call it a me-so-hooney roll. You can make a similar one with shiso and honey, called of course a she-so-hooney roll. Sorry.

    I mean this is the kindest possible manner......I would like to hear more of a just open natural dialogue with the chef and the audience. the guy working the camera in the background is too distracting, and I'm not here for him.
