Vegan Red Velvet Cupcakes with Beets

Today we are making Vegan Red Velvet Cupcakes, they are light, fluffy, scrumptious and very quick to prepare plus the rich red colour comes from fresh beetroot. We are not using any foodcolor to prepare these Red Velvet Cupcakes.
This is a very simple and easy recipe to prepare Vegan Red Velvet Cupcakes. It is one of those recipes which doesn't need a lot of different ingredients and with just the normal baking ingredients should be good to prepare this at home.

Vegan Buttercream
