Valentine's Red velvet cupcakes
3/4 CUP MILK
1 TBSP VINEGAR
1/2 CUP CASTER
1/4 CUP OIL
1/2 TSP VANILLA
2 TBSP YOGURT
1 TBSP COCOA POWDER
3/4 CUP MAIDA
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TBSP RED FOOD COLOUR
For frosting
1 + 1/2 CUP ICING SUGAR
1 CUP CREAM CHEESE
