That is the best line for LR mechanics. Vera, Only drove 136kph? We just got back to Arizona after a 4 day trip through Nevada to California and I found out that the Volvo is governed at 189kph :( Such beautiful wide open roads in Nevada to drive on.

I have only jacked my LR3 with my trolley jack. I have not used the suppled jack once, I hope I never need to. My son (apprentice mechanic) replaced my rear rotors & brake pads a few weeks ago, he did it at home. I just watched as he did everything. The parking brake shoes were like new, with no rust. Nothing was seized and no rust/corrosion. We don't have that issue in Australia unless you don't thoroughly wash your vehicle after driving on the beach or back into salt water when launching a boat.
27:24 You two are simply hilarious, your channel is a wealth of information. Not to mention how to have a great relationship with your spouse… Just work on cars together! I am about to buy my first land rover 2008 LR3,Thank you for all the great content.
Christian you are correct… The ABS bleed sequence is the same as a usual brake bleed by pumping/and pressure/vacuum the fluid… the ABS actuation is just to move fluid through the valve blocks and remove air. 👍
Another great video. Pleased I’m not the only crazy person in the world to drive across Germany to find interesting places in Eindhoven! Also eaten at that very same Taco Bell! It’s now in our GPS as a divert when in Holland.
So entertaining and with subtle humour. I'm not a Land Rover fanatic but enjoy this channel immensely. Keep up the good work Christian and Vera. Philip rides his bike like a champion.
The GAP 11 is heralded to be the best aftermarket, but it is so expensive, as you mention. I bought an ICARSOFT and it was no help fixing my RRS- but the Facebook forum was! It just shows you not to believe the hype. For brake bleeding, I use my son because I can shout at him. It works.
At 23 when torquing spacer if you have the torque wrench handle across the centre of the wheel you have the correct torque on the fasteners but less torque or turning moment to cause the wheel to turn. This is because the effective length to turn the wheel is from the centre of the wheel to the handle end. It's a useful trick.

From memory and I stand to be corrected. Park brake service. Tighten adjuster until 50lbft (in old money) registers on torque wrench on centre hub nut then slack adjuster 8 clicks . Any time we changed discs we serviced/cleaned handbrake shoes and/or replaced as necessary. Used Autologic to drive cables into service position so if that's not available a work around that would be an interesting video. Snap-on supplied me with a brake bleeder. Ran on 12volts and from memory pressurised the master cylinder reservoir and fluid to 5lbft (old money again!) This allowed the wife to stay at home and truly was a one person job. The low pressure avoids activating any abs shut off/bias valves. You all have good patience there. I see a Toyota in your future lol
Amazing video as always! Quite an easy fix for the ABS module, almost plug and play haha. Great to see you do really drive them on long distances and love the part at the end of the videos showing a little bit of your family life, your sons must be proud to have such cool parents.
That error I would get going into a valley area and all kind of lights and ding sounds would come on and then that error appears on the dash and dtay on until I turn car off and back on. It also seemed to lower. Ok. I am just glad to know I am not alone. Back to the video!
I love the rolling replacement of all the parts on the LR. Soon you will have a new LR again, but then the dreaded rust will then need attention. Great entertainment and very good technical explanations. Thank you
Enjoyed the mechanical part as usual but WOW on Philips BMX skill. Amazing. One of the things I do miss about living in Europe is the closeness of things. Here in Western Australia I can drive East for 2 days and still be in Western Australia!
Always great fun watching you both working a UK 🇬🇧 Land Rover in Germany 🇩🇪 on a cold Sunday afternoon with a mug of tea lol 😂 Take care cheers Stevie 😎
I believe your channel is one of the best newer Land Rover related channels available and I hope you continue to grow exponentially. The format is excellent and entertaining and the technical detail is superb. I personally think a production company should pick you up for a TV program. There is a laugh a minute with the "German Precision" banter between you both. "OMG" haha! I was born in Germany but I have lived most of my life in Straya slang term for (Australia). Maybe you could learn some of our linguistics as a laugh. Like G'day mate! or No worries! or Crikey! Our family drive a few land rovers, RR Sport L320, RR Sport L494 and Evoque L538. We have in the past had the original discovery 2 many many years ago and it was a powerful vehicle. We used it many times 4WD on FRAZER Island here in Queensland. It did very well with it's V8 engine. I just had my Range Rover sport serviced and my wallet is crying and not talking to me currently as it is still in shock....lol All the very best from the land down under....
😃👍Thank you. We are actually learning, slowly, Australian slang . We love to watch Ryan from Outback Discovery and also Grizzly'n'bear. I also learned that appearantly , when an Australian makes fun of you, that it should be taken as a compliment. I was always offended when people make fun of our accent or my height. Maybe I shouldn't be😅👍🙋♀️Vera
Great funny video! Amazed by fuel price there. Mind you we are paying 1.25 euro in Australia. Used to be 0.78 euro before pandemic. Love your work, Christian and Vera!
Very entertaining and informative. I still have my 05 D3 bought new. For the last 14 years I have done most of my own servicing - often preventative. No GAP IID when I started, so still using a Nanocom Evo. That also left me confused when using the ABS service function. Many thanks for sharing Barn1e
Thank you both for the brilliant videos🙏 Same frustrating experience last week with the bleed procedure on the GAP tool here! Very ulike GAP. Surprisingly little info when googled. My pedal went clonk to the floor afterwards. Ended up using the same pressure bleeder as you and got a pedal again. Not great, not terrible 🙂 Did the rear alignment and toe in front at home, but am looking forward to You doing the front. So many more variables😬
Yea, that DSC procedure is ridiculous. I just went thru the same thing on my '08 BMW 750i. Ended up like you guys using a pressurized bleeder; but instead of having help pumping the pedal, I have a one-way valve on the bleeder hose. I put it on the bleeder, open the bleeder up, then pump the brake pedal myself. Way easier and no potential for divorce...well, not for that anyway. As always, a great vid and yet another encouragement for me to get an LR3. Now, if I could just find one in this crazy used car market we have going now.
Well done for getting the GAP tool, it will be helpful. As for the EPB, mine broke over a year ago and I haven't bothered to replace the $900 module. One of the reasons I didn't replace it is because what I consider a flaw. I got stuck in a big bomb hole at a bit of an odd angle (I was captured by a tree root underwater) but the bloody Land Rover then kept applying the EPB, which then failed. So here I am stuck in a hole with the EBP locking my rear wheels. The EPB should have released upon momentum (nope) and nor could I disengage it by taking out the cupholder and pulling up on the release cable. The only way to get going was to join the LR in the mud, carefully feel around the back of the wheel for the EPB cable and cut the buggers off with my bolt cutters on each wheel (BTW these are quite difficult to cut). I was then able to extricate myself.
😳...OMG..., maybe this will help, our EPB Module Service video ua-cam.com/video/eUSUCN4zi34/v-deo.html so you can fix your EPB. Sorry for the late reply 🙋♀️Vera
Hello Christian und Vera - have you ever experienced central locking gremlins. I have experienced the car not locking and beeping twice to tell me there is a problem. Another occasion it locked with the keys on the passenger seat and my dogs in the back and recently random doors do not lock or unlock. But as usual the local Land Rover tells me I am the only person in the world to experience these challenges. Keep up your amazing LR story - I watch all of the time and learn all of the time.
thank you for taking your time to keep posting every week and keeping your channel going..would you both please post a video of removing the rear disc's and servicing the rear end of the brakes as i would like to change myrear discs but i don't want to mess up with the electric hand brake setting with the brake shoes and setting them correct.. thank you
No, we'll make a video for sure. We actually can't afford working on our Disco and not make a video about it. We do not have enough time and money to spent during one week working on two projects.😅👍🙋♀️Vera
HI LR_TIME team - as usual was very nice to see & and watch your Video, especially this time we have perfect synchronization - just on Friday I change the brake fluid in my lr3. Have a nice weekend and see you next time.
I look forward to your videos every week. They normally come available late on a Sunday night here in New Zealand. I would also like to thank Vera for posting the patches and stickers they arrived here in NZ this morning ( Monday 9am NZ time)
OMG i Like it so much 😁 in 2020 for my Last TÜV i have completely replaced the bearing Housing in the left rear, Just cut the Bolts with my Sawzall because they where grown in the Ballbushings. Since then 10000 km no Signs of Tirewear. Its possilble that in Veras D3 ist the Thing that connects the Wheelhub with the Frame Out of allignment or Wien Out.
Pumping - is as you say, but, make sure stop and hold at the bottom when tighten bleed nipple. I think another video where you clearly and in detail go through each step of the bleeding procedure would be helpful. Similarly, a video on a full service of epb where you dismantle, clean and put back would be useful ("everything you need to know"). These are jobs we cannot do and save $$$. Great BMX and Nederlands trip segment 👍
The GAP tool works. The action for pumping is the same as the old method - you repeatedly push the pedal for 6 or 8 times and then you keep it pressed. At the wheel you open and close the bleed valve. Then repeat the pumping process until it tells you to move on. Vera was correct at the beginning as she wanted to pump the pedal. Good luck. How about the pesky air compressor C1A - gallery not venting fault fix for a video suggestion
No it doesn't, that is the sound it makes, trust me. If the sound would be different, then you should worry. We replaced the gears last year and greased up the box. We have made a video about that, of course. Next we'll be replacing the EPB parts on the rear brakes. But thanks for your compliment. 😃👍🙋♀️Vera
I have also replaced that same air suspension boot twice, odd how the other side is okay, very odd. I replaced my rear struts ( tow vehicle) easiest struts I have ever done,.
With those shreaded boots, maybe try making some from neoprene (wet suit arm or leg). I'm sure Vera could make some slick ones that lace up. This week we have started having faults and some that just keep coming back after clearing. I replaced the front struts 2 weeks ago and was super happy with the D3. Faults are scary compared to mechanical parts.
@@Vera_and_Christian Any guesses on why they go that way were dashed when your other side was unharmed and happy. I would think even small branches at the wrong angle could do it, but just guessing. Given how important the air bags are, im surprised they dont have a sheet metal or plastic shield.
sorry I am late , what ever you do is never get brake fluid in your eyes I did and was off work for a week it burnt my eyes and it does not taste nice take car love your videos
So having complimented you on your English last week Christian I now need to correct you. The correct English terms are Castor and "Camber" and not Chamber! It is pronounced as kamber. I enjoyed the video anyway and also liked the Plug and Pray line!
Hi Christian, I don't think there is anything wrong with your front shock/airbag. It just gets a build up of dirt on the bag former because the front struts don't have a protective rubber boot. You can just clean it off. You may need to use a bit of force. I cleaned mine last time I changed the shock absorber. Another enjoyable video. Philip looks like his Mum.
Isn't it annoying that the rear wheel articulation does everything it can to make removing the rear wheels as difficult as possible? Only use I've found for the supplied vehicle jack is moving the suspension arm back up :) Automatic speed limiters will soon become mandatory on new cars, and always on ... Great video as always!!
Great video as always . When do them I reverse bleed first then forward bleed after Then that’s usually it done . I’ve never managed to bleed them with the diagnostic computer
Thank you for the videos, you bring me so much fun and also knowledge. I was working on my L322 today and a german guy passed by, looked at me and said "Good luck". II said thank you and then I remembered your "toyota driver" jokes so I asked him if he was a Toyota guy, he said yes. Hahahhaa. Bless you.
Hi I would check the rear upper wishbones front bush for tire wear I had the same problem and the front bush on the Upper rear wishbone head gone but I would check all the other bushes at the same time and the bolt was seized in so use plenty of WD-40 when fitting a new wishbone you have to put the bolt in first before you can install the arm you’ll see why because the body gets in the way there is a slot in the mountain for the bolt to slide through when installing the wishbone
Ho both! Great video, absolutely love watching you guys do your thing. In terms of the replacement abs module and pump you installed, did you need to change the VIN number? Ive searched the net for answers about replacing these devices and find nothing but contrary information. If you could give me some advice on this subject, I'd be most grateful. I've ordered a second hand module with matching numbers, more or less. It should arrive this week ready for some LR installation fun.
apparently having a scan tool to bleed the Abs is just for the fronts and its to remove the air inside so you will have to wait for the air from the abs to the calliper..
Looks like that German salt is hard on the underneath. Waxoyl worth doing or if u can get it krown rustproofing. Check out Britannia restorations for a video on krown.
Christian… Cooper slip is old school and not suitable for your hubs and wheels… it causes a reaction and galling of alloy components… get some Permatex Aluminum anti seize paste- it’s designed for alloy-alloy and alloy-steel components. Copper slip is only suitable for steel-steel components- copper slip on alloy-steel like you hubs and wheels it can ‘cold weld’ the wheels on👍 One note, you have the wheels off so often you probably will not have a problem but people who don’t take their wheels off at least annually could be stranded with a stuck wheel .
Not sure if this helps and only 9 minutes in so far. Pump usually means push pedal and release about 5 times. So in this context you push and release 5 times then hold pedal hard. Then as bleeder is opened the still pushed pedal moves downwards.
I wonder why to change tires because the General Grabber AT3 do have the 3 peak snowflake rating which is the standard to drive in winter conditions in Germany
It’s primarily because the AT3 sucks on wet roads. A snow flake on the tire does not make it a good winter tire, it just means that is suitable for snow. I Germany, snow is not a issue but frozen moisture and rain in cold weather. The compound of our winter tires is much softer and they have many small threads. Christian
Ha! A friend of mine just had his parking brake seized up. The broke it to get him moving again (he was going on holiday) and they're not going to fix it!
I had an intermittent EPB fault the last few weeks. It got progressively more frequent until 3 days ago the left parking brake stuck on. With a C2008-11 fault code for motor short to ground and the usual parking brake needs calibrated. Fitted a new actuator yesterday and still has the same fault. Every time I cleared it with my GAP tool it would come straight back. So stripped the protective sheath off the wiring loom to the and find a shirt further back up the loom. I couldn’t see anything as far as I could access. Reassembled it all after spraying the loom connectors with contact cleaner and the fault disappeared. So ran the GAP calibration for the new actuator. I hope it’s a permanent fix now lol!
The brake bleed procedure is strange. It bypassed one of my wheels in doing it. Went with traditional methods afterwards. GAP tool needs revisions definitely
Remember just push down on pedal and let it return. Makinng sure you have fluid in resoviour all the time while doing it. Starting furthest away from master cylinder first and work your way beck. You are looking for bubbles in the bleed pipe. When the are gone its done lock up bleed screw. And then its done
Yes we know, that is how we have always done it for 30 years now. We just expected the GAP tool to have more precise instructions. Most of our viewers, having a GAP tool, have never ever done a bleeding procedure and expect the GAP to tell them what to do. We try to include GAP content in our videos, but we are not always all that happy with that tool. However, we used it on Saturday for our alignment job, and it was absolutely perfect that we had it at hand. 👍🙋♀️Vera
Hi guys what's the jacking procedure for jacking up a landrover discovery 4 i want to change the track rod ends and brake pads on it but not sure how to get up in the air without the suspension having hissy fit. Thanks
Another great video, Guys! And great riding by Philip too!! I wonder if the wheel alignment issue you have is related to that rear suspension boot repeated failures?
Google „Gap iid bluetooth diagnostic tool“ you‘ll find all the info needed. It‘s expensive, but worth it if you are a dedicated diy Land Rover mechanic.🙋♀️
great video, once again 😊 ....but Vera, why haven't Christian put on some tree and rock sliders on you're car yet? even better, with all you're equipment he have in the garage, he can make them himself for you. will make it easier for you to enter the car, and also look great at the same time 😊
Yes, sorry I just only read your comment now. But thank you, I have been begging for some for 2 years now. However I have no problem getting into the car, I am quite fit and agile, more than most of my age. 😅 But I do want to ride along on them when filming on trails, so I don't always have to get into the car. 👍💪🙋♀️Vera
Very entertaining. Main takeaways for me: the stuff about almost getting a divorce a couple times "open the plug, spray some WD40 in, and close the plug." "German is no good, I gotta do it in English" I still don't understand why there is no Taco Bell in Germany. Philip is amazing.
Lol. Yes, the repair looks funny on video but it was very stressful. Check the scene were I show Vera the dark fluid while she is in the car. There was a divorce 30 seconds before this scene and this is why there is no comment from her. Christian
Hi! I've just subscribed. Great work!! and also funny. I have a FIAT and although it doesn't break every 2months (touch wood) it keeps me entertained. How do you keep that good spirit when working?
As always an extremely informative video , must confess I used a vacuum pump on each wheel , large bottle filled with brake fluid on the master , started with the furthest wheel first , then after doing them then attached the gap iid for the ABS module , just found it easier doing it that way as it was just me , also used class 6 brake fluid as JLR specified , thks again for sharing and looking forward to when u change the rear disc / pads , know the gap iid has a feature where u can disable the EPB , plus may i ask what do u think of the drilled and grooved discs please as heard there supposed to be better , always fantastic getting ur option seeing ur very knowledgeable, all the best to both of u, take care 👍👍, ps, was going to post a link of the one I used but can’t post them here as for some reason they get removed by utube
Yes, UA-cam will not allow any websites posted in the comments anymore. Most of the times it is good, because it eliminated about 80 % of the spam comments we get and have to delete immediately. But for you guys, it is bad. You can only send those now per email. 🙋♀️Vera
@@Vera_and_Christian , hiya , ah yes that makes sense with regards to spam being reduced , plus hope u didn’t mind me asking with regards to what u think of the drilled / groves discs please as going to replace all of mine , alas not sure if that type are any better or not , hope ur both keeping safe and well , looking forward to ur proposed rear brake disc video , thks again
Hmm, strange. I've never has a rear strut boot spilt in 640,000km on my Discos and I do plenty of off road. You missed the 2nd part of the brake adjustment, i.e. loosen the 4mm hex bolt release, tap the drum and retighten. Note the notches on brake backplate to help you locate the 2 adjustment positions of the drum for the handbrake adjustments. I find the IID tool ABS bleed to be confusing so I do a full bleed on all wheels in the old fashioned way. I think some of the problem is that GAP's (BTW its name is the Gap Eye Eye Dee tool :) first language is French as they come from the French part of Canada and sometimes their translations are a bit strange. Connect with Patrick at GAP, he's a great guy and really helpful.
No, we did that on the rear left wheel, and then there was a big argument between Christian and me that he forgot it on the rear right side. Did you watch the video till the end?😅👍And he, of course, has done that on the rear ride side also, off camera. I always win. 💪 🙋♀️Vera
I love your channel! I own a 2011 LR4 with 192k miles! And have owned three LRs, two RRs and still have a 1973 series iii. What gap tool do you use with your phone?
Hi , im new in your channel but i think you are the best mechanicals of the wold. I have seen a lot of yours video. What diagnostic tool are you using ? Thnk a lot for all this information.
My 16 yr old land Rover Discovery must be the most un serviced vehicle still running I enjoy drinking coffee much like Toyota owners if Vera and Christian ever looked at mine they would be both saying o my god how is it still working 😂 (I do change the engine oil every year maybe this is the secret)
I’ve got to remember that “Toyota is plug and play, Land Rover is plug and pray”. ! Love it. 😂😂🇦🇺

Another great entertaining video. Cool to see that you visited my town and really enjoyed it.
Just did 5000 km , from home to Portugal in my D4. Only one small problem, slight coolant leak. Really great trip !
👍 A Toyota driver would make a 4h video about that coolant leak. 😂 Christian
@@Vera_and_Christian 🤣🤣🤣 and probably take Toyota to court for a minor problem on a 13 year old car !
Very entertaining and informative. I still have my 05 D3 bought new. For the last 14 years I have done most of my own servicing - often preventative. No GAP IID when I started, so still using a Nanocom Evo. That also left me confused when using the ABS service function.
Many thanks for sharing

Thank you both for the brilliant videos🙏 Same frustrating experience last week with the bleed procedure on the GAP tool here! Very ulike GAP. Surprisingly little info when googled. My pedal went clonk to the floor afterwards. Ended up using the same pressure bleeder as you and got a pedal again. Not great, not terrible 🙂
Did the rear alignment and toe in front at home, but am looking forward to You doing the front. So many more variables😬
Sorry for the late reply, hope our alignment video was of some help🙏😃🙋♀️Vera
Your son is great on those ramps, excellent.
Good luck finding one. You'll love it.😃👍 🙋♀️Vera
You nailed it about talking bad about your rover!!
Finally got rid of my discovery 3. What a money pit. This video gives me shivers.
Another excellent video, thank you Vera and Christian
Hello Christian und Vera - have you ever experienced central locking gremlins. I have experienced the car not locking and beeping twice to tell me there is a problem. Another occasion it locked with the keys on the passenger seat and my dogs in the back and recently random doors do not lock or unlock. But as usual the local Land Rover tells me I am the only person in the world to experience these challenges. Keep up your amazing LR story - I watch all of the time and learn all of the time.
It may be only one door not locking. Sit in the car and lock the doors and you can see which one does not lock. Christian
@@Vera_and_Christian As always it does not happen every time but next time I will jump in and watch the doors - thanks for your help.
@@Vera_and_Christian Thanks Christian - The driver's door is not locking so first try will be WD40. Thanks for the tip.
thank you for taking your time to keep posting every week and keeping your channel going..would you both please post a video of removing the rear disc's and servicing the rear end of the brakes as i would like to change myrear discs but i don't want to mess up with the electric hand brake setting with the brake shoes and setting them correct.. thank you
Agree!! Christian said it’s a boring/simple job but it’s fun being there with them as they do it
No, we'll make a video for sure.
😃💪🙋♀️Vera
I look forward to your videos every week. They normally come available late on a Sunday night here in New Zealand. I would also like to thank Vera for posting the patches and stickers they arrived here in NZ this morning ( Monday 9am NZ time)
😃👍That is great, thank you. Hope you like them. 🙋♀️Vera
We'll find out. We replaced the bushings twice, last time, we put inPanzer bushings. That was unfortunately all before our UA-cam days. 😅🙋♀️Vera
No stress Vera.. Christian can tap the other side next week👍💯
Your English is very good, how on earth did you learn to speak it so well.
There is a link to Our full EPB video included in the video. Christian
I like that you're teaching us non Germans some vocabulary. I wish my US spec Golf R is able to adjust speed based on road signs
Good luck. How about the pesky air compressor C1A - gallery not venting fault fix for a video suggestion
omg Arctic Frost is so cool! Love it! That hand brake motor sounds like it needs grease... and the cables? Great video
Excellent video,Thank you.
Yes, thank you, great idea. I will order neopren and get to it right away. Do you know what triggers those faults and of nature they are? 👍😃🙏🙋♀️ Vera
According to his instructions, I testify that Christian WILL DO (if not already done), all the necessary maintenance. 😁
Of course he will 😅 I made him order all new parts for my rear brakes, including discs, pads, and all new stuff for the EPB parts. 👍🙋♀️Vera
Whoa awesome bike skills!
So having complimented you on your English last week Christian I now need to correct you. The correct English terms are Castor and "Camber" and not Chamber! It is pronounced as kamber. I enjoyed the video anyway and also liked the Plug and Pray line!
Oh, damn. And I even googled it during editing. Good to know for the next video. Thanks. Christian
Thank you, I think so too that it is just gunk built up over the last 16 years. 👍🙋♀️Vera
Thanks for the great video and I learnt some new things like almost every time ! Super Job and have a nice Rest of Feiertag!
When do them I reverse bleed first then forward bleed after
Then that’s usually it done .
I’ve never managed to bleed them with the diagnostic computer
Other viewers wrote that the GAP is only for the ABS pump, which makes sense. Christian
Thank you for the videos, you bring me so much fun and also knowledge. I was working on my L322 today and a german guy passed by, looked at me and said "Good luck". II said thank you and then I remembered your "toyota driver" jokes so I asked him if he was a Toyota guy, he said yes. Hahahhaa. Bless you.
A German? He probably had a Hybrid Toyota Yaris, not a Land Cruiser 😅🙋♀️Vera
Our bushes are nearly new at front and rear. I think I got too much camber or some toe in. We will sort this and make a video. Christian
It should arrive this week ready for some LR installation fun.
also looking forward to wheel alignment at home !.........wow !!!
omg this is so relatable. l/r owners LAMENT! I have 3 x d2 l/rs just for parts as i live out of town .
😅👍Even scrap LRs are costing a fortune here these days, otherwise we had one already at home.🙋♀️Vera
Too true Vera. Good luck going forward. Love your vids
apparently having a scan tool to bleed the Abs is just for the fronts and its to remove the air inside so you will have to wait for the air from the abs to the calliper..
Makes sense. The old fashion method did get air out after some time. Christian
Copper slip is only suitable for steel-steel components- copper slip on alloy-steel like you hubs and wheels it can ‘cold weld’ the wheels on👍
One note, you have the wheels off so often you probably will not have a problem but people who don’t take their wheels off at least annually could be stranded with a stuck wheel .
Not sure if this helps and only 9 minutes in so far. Pump usually means push pedal and release about 5 times. So in this context you push and release 5 times then hold pedal hard. Then as bleeder is opened the still pushed pedal moves downwards.
Hope you watched till the end🙋♀️
@@Vera_and_Christian I did
I wonder why to change tires because the General Grabber AT3 do have the 3 peak snowflake rating which is the standard to drive in winter conditions in Germany
Christian
Excellent video thank you.
Ha! A friend of mine just had his parking brake seized up. The broke it to get him moving again (he was going on holiday) and they're not going to fix it!
😅👍🙋♀️Vera
Allways excelent vídeo content 👌👌🤙🤙💪💪💯💯
Thank you.
The brake bleed procedure is strange. It bypassed one of my wheels in doing it. Went with traditional methods afterwards. GAP tool needs revisions definitely
Same with us. At two wheels nothing happened. Christian
Great video😂 You both are fantastic.
Vera looks far too relaxed working the pedals!! This is definitely a setup!!
He cut a lot of OMGs out in the editing process, otherwise it would scare people away from the procedure. 😅👍🙋♀️Vera
Thanks
It's explained and show in this video. Please watch it till the end. 👍🙋♀️
Another great video, Guys! And great riding by Philip too!! I wonder if the wheel alignment issue you have is related to that rear suspension boot repeated failures?
I don’t know. I couldn’t find the root cause for the failing boots on the right. Christian
Love this channel so much info! Question what are you using on your phone to connect the ECU?
👍💪🙋♀️Vera
Very informative and funny video. What scanner and app are you using?
Very entertaining. Main takeaways for me:
the stuff about almost getting a divorce a couple times
"open the plug, spray some WD40 in, and close the plug."
"German is no good, I gotta do it in English"
I still don't understand why there is no Taco Bell in Germany.

I cut the swearing out mostly. Christian
Do you have a video on how you mounted your air compressor?
No, unfortunately not. But we plan on changing this setup, but that will take a while. But then, there will be a video. 🙋♀️Vera
“Toyota is plug and play, Land Rover is plug and pray” 🤣
