@@tomsdaytrips7771 thank you my MRI shows a 100%, from the bone. Not looking forward to the surgery and it all but watching some of these videos sure makes me feel better about it.
@@tomsdaytrips7771 The surgeon still needs to evaluate the MRI. He might want to try other therapies first, but I will eventually need to have surgery. Best of luck with your continued recovery.
Tomorrow, I find out if I need this surgery. My biggest anxiety has always been the anesthesia aspect of surgery. I had hernia surgery 30 years ago and to this day, I fear the feeling of not being able to quickly wake and get a clear head. Also, I was sick as a dog vomiting in recovery. I'm praying the meds and techniques used today have improved and will allow me to wake faster and easier than I did years ago. If only it is as easy as the sedation they use for colonoscopies. Did you wake in the operating or recovery room? Were is sitting up instead of lying flat? Was there a nurse there with you the retire time in recovery? Thank you for your responses and videos. God bless.
Hi the anesthesia and nerve blocker was great no pain for about 5 days woke right up afterwards asked when they were going to sedate me and I look and my arm was in a sling the nurse was there had something to eat and drink and went home 2 hrs later. that was the easy part recovery is long but one day at a time I am at 11 weeks and it is doable if you need don't put it off
@@tomsdaytrips7771 Good news from my appointment today. No surgery is needed-no tears found. I have a Type II acronium and degenerative A/C Joint, but surgery is not recommended. The surgeon has me beginning an exercise regiment, and if that doesn't relieve the pain, he will do a cortisone injection.
I gotta meet the surgery guy on the 19th of this month. I'm ready for it but I'm scared to lose my job and hate being home. Will could I start drivin?? I'm a left hard and getting my arm shoulder rotation done
