No, because we wanted to be sure it turned out right. We have a couple extra that we're fattening up...that's a good video to make from them.
The night that you used to cut their neck needs to be razor sharp that was very dull it look like a hacksaw

We are considering some other varieties of broilers besides the Cornish cross. What kind of meat birds do you recommend?
I seen other UA-camrs do the red rangers or the American breese but never raised them before
