SNK is putting guest characters in all of the fighting games it seems.
Dead or Alive, Tekken, Fighting EX Layer, SMASH, Million Arthur, you name it!
Kyle Woodowens Which is ironic because SNK doesn’t put guests in any of their fighting games.
@@SupremeEspio They had Thief Arthur from Million Arthur and female Skullomania from Fighting EX Layer in SNK Heroines, Tekken 7 and Gintama characters in KOF All-Stars, and they had Mizuguchi from Karnov's Revenge in KOF MI2 Regulation A. They don't do it very often, but hopefully we do get more guests in SNK games. I would love to see DOA and Tekken characters in KOF15.

@@Zenotron SNK staff mentioned they have interest to add guest character in Samurai Shodown. I have a feeling that if they added, most likely gonna be Mitsurugi from Soul Calibur since of course now that Haohmaru has appear as guest in that game, basically cross promo. But the game director Nobuyuki Kuroki say that his personal choice will be character like Luke Skywalker from Star Wars, Aragorn from Lord of the Rings or Nathan Algren from The Last Samurai.

Haohmaru looking stacked with lots of shout-out moves from past SamSho games. About time we got a release date though, because this sure did take forever. Hope the next two characters would take another year to come out, this game needs all the momentum it can muster. And love the 'continuation' of the bout with Mitsurugi with Haohmaru countering the counter that took him off guard last trailer.

All we need now is Necrid, Viola, Zwei, Hwang/Yun-Seong, Setsuka
, Rock, Aeon, Algol and Abyss and we'll have the Perfect Roster. We can also use the different and unique kinds of fighting styles that was only in the 'Bonus Character' slot from SOULCALIBUR 3 like Revenant's Dual Wave Sword style, Miser's Katana and Shuriken style, Demuth's Steel Fan style, Chester's Dagger style, Girardot's Lance style, Valeria's Grieve Edge style, Hualin's Extendable Staff style, Lynette's Dual Tambourines style there Styles can be in the 'Creation Character' as a bonus (I'm really hoping for for Bow & Arrow/Archer because they have not done that yet or some kind of Master of the Fist/Hand to Hand fighting styles)
AngryDragon0 viola is already confirmed to be Amy, zwei doesn’t need to come back until after many more of the main cast, setsuka and hwang/yun-seong are all but confirmed for this season, rock/abyss won’t come back because of Astaroth/Zas, you can already make knockoff Aeon in CaS, and I agree with Algol. He would have interesting dialogue with Azwel.
Edit: I forgot Necrid because I forgot who Necrid was.
Setsuka, Rock, Lizardman, Hwang and Yun-Seong should definitely be in, Zwei and Abyss can't join in and Viola is Amy obviously, but who the hell wants Necrid? He's an abomination.

I'd love to have Necrid. Mainly just his weapon type. I mean, Azwel isn't bad but I want Necrid's color schemes for his weapon. I miss the Morphos color scheme.
Miss Necrid too. Would love all the bonus chacs from SC 1-3 but that probably won't happen. I like Viola...but it would make no sense for her to be in this game. And honestly the whole Viola being Amy thing I've always thought was stupid and ridiculous if it is canon now. Just keep them as separate characters. Don't know why the attention was focused on Amy by this Azwel dude (wannabe Abyss and Algol, let's be honest here). That part of the lore that Amy goes missing at the end of SC4 is just kinda stupid. Like.. Why lol? And Zwei...just no. Please, no. We already have Grøh. They should honestly focus more on better DLC packs for CAS. Those have been kinda bland. Nothing really too interesting. Anyways sorry for ranting. 😅 I mean no harm to anyone. I love the soul franchise, some parts just frustrate me greatly.

DeNice1776 On their 1st Anniversary interview, ARIKA stated that they have plans upcoming for the game. What they’ll be, I have no idea, we’ll have to wait on April Fools and see.

Honestly at the end of the trailer I got extremely hype with I saw the sakura petals I thought they were going to reveal Setsuka as the next DLC. I really want her in the game.

Haven't had this much fun with a soul calibur gust since hachichi in soul calibur 2 and starkiller and Darth Vader soul calibur 4 I'll give this one props it brought back fan favorites new characters and a good selection of special guest characters made old school fans and newcomers happy 😊😊❤

Haohmaru is one of my favorite characters, glad he will be coming out playable this week. Haohmaru should be in Super Smash Bros Ultimate as DLC Challenger Pack 7 to say the least.

Basically, Haohmaru is SNK's Cross DNA Hybrid Clone of Goku and Mitsurugi. He's essentially just Goku with a sword and Mitsu's kind of hair style! The guy literally beat up the whole roster simply just because he loves to fight! Something that Goku would do!
