No issues at all. Very happy with it.UPDATE: After 6 months of use and over 70 uses I would still highly recommend this pressure washer. It does vibrate a decent amount but never had it “walk” like others have mentioned. No oil leaks, still seems to run like the day I bought it. Still cranks within 2-3 pulls every time. Very happy with my purchase!Have used it about a dozen times now. Plenty of power, cranks up on 1-2 pulls every time. My only complaint would be I wish it was a little taller to make it easier to walk with it (hits my ankles a lot) and that the two hose connections were a little further apart but it hasn’t caused me any issues. Seems to run a good 1-1/2-2 hrs on a full tank, overall a well built machine and definitely worth the money in my opinion.

How well does this work cleaning the house siding? Vinyl siding that gets mildew on it? Thanks.
Another hack that I discovered: When the water hose is directly connected to the Hydroshot then you can barely squeeze the trigger and water will be dispersed without using any battery power. Then simply squeeze the trigger all the way to get pressurized water. This is perfect for washing a car and when pressurized water isn't needed on ever spot!
nice comment - good way to save power
Just tried mine after a year in storage and it was failing to suck any water out the bottle. Seeing you using it upturned with the bottle on top (without the adapter holding the short hose that goes inside the bottle) made me try that and after a few seconds it suddenly sprang into life. I think the valve had dried out in storage and upturning the bottle allows water to drop onto the valve and moisten it, overcoming the lack of suction. Now works fine again so thanks for the idea!

So far i like it. I bought it to carry in the RV for those on go windshield cleanings of bug guts and rinsing out the campground grill. Also for washing off the quads before heading home and letting the dirt bake on.
Perfect for portability in those aspects.

I got a Turbo nozzle for my HydroShot and it works awesome for washing cars.

As you know WORX makes their own turbo nozzle but every time I checked it was sold out. Since I couldn't wait I took a shot on one that I found at the home depot. Here this exact one www.homedepot.com/p/Power-Care-3-100-PSI-Gas-Electric-Turbo-Nozzle-AP31079/203354994 to me it works flawlessly for my need.
As you know when you put the WORX at 0 degrees (with the long extension) you can not put your hand in front of it (not unless you are immune to pain). I wanted that same strength in cleaning power but with a wider "fan coverage". Using the Turbo nozzle helps me knock the dirt right off my car body/wheels much faster than I could using any of the other "Degrees". I'm sure you with this strong power you can use it to clean other things.

I noticed you stood closer to the polystyrene when you put the extended lance on when you didn't have it on you where bit further back from it. Good idea though but my karcher does the job for me.

In eu there 2 versión of this machine . The Worx HYDROSHOT WG629E1. And the HYDROSHOT WG629E . That will explain why some people complain the luck of power on their units

It has strong pressure once you have to buy and optional wand? Or is it included with the WORX Hydroshot? Also after the wand is installed is that pressure gain only for the stream setting? or does that apply to all the other settings? Reason i ask is because i don't wash my car with a stream setting, I would be there all damn day :o/

The wand extension is included with the hydroshot - you also have an option for low pressure - say watering delicate flowers.
With the 2 liter bottle attached, does it have to be used upside down? I suppose it can't suck the water out of the bottle in normal orientation?

strange...i use mine at least once a week since i got it. Now if you wanted to clean the whole outside of your home with this, I could see you point. I used it yesterday after my kids played in a mud puddle.
to my way thinking this really is no better than a garden hose with a jet nozzle on . its gone back in its little bag and chucked in the cupboard to be forgot about . and also so I don't have to look at it worst buy ever by a long shot

The extension lance actually has a magnet in the "horn" or whatever its called. I had no idea why it was there until you rotated the extension out of place and power went down, I bet that magnet in place engages something in the handle to increase pressure. Now to tape a magnet to the handle in that spot and use the short wand.
I think it their to stop people from blasting out their eyes....

Hi I bought this pressure washer on your recommendation my question is when unscrew the hydroshot hosepipe adapter there is a red washer on the threaded side of it but the bottle adapter has no washer on the machine side of the adapter so should there be a washer on the bottle adapter
No a single gasket should do the trick - just used mine this morning to clean out a storage tote - Favorite tool
What I'm saying is on bottle adapter there is no red gasket should I have to take one off hosepipe adapter or just use bottle adapter as is and just screw into hydroshot

I wish someone would test spraying other than water through the bottle or hose drawing from a jug. let's see strong degreaser, solvents or acidic liquids (obviously diluted) so we can see if the seals, 'O' rings or plunger parts are affected by chemical exposure. BTW You're 2 liter bottle hack has been out there on youtube already.
turbo - this unit will not handle strong solvents.
Someone already did that and found that the thing breaks but there is a way to use them with a hack

I would say 20ft
You can get full power using the short lance if you put a magnet either on the power shot gun it's self at the end where it goes up about an inch or tape one at the end of the short lance. If you look at the end of the long lance where it goes into the unit - you will see a small magnet - and that what tells the unit to use full pressure. I bought at Harbor Freight some small earth magnets and just put one on the side of the unit - it works perfectly.
Some have done that. You don't have to do that on the new unit - I just used my short lance from the original model. no mods needed.

That new one looks a little hokey to me with the 2 20v. I wonder what will happen if 1 of the 2 dies earlier than the other - They already make a 40v battery and other tools that the 40v battery would work on, they should have made the new one use that. - That new one has gone a few step backwards IMHO

0:40 The short wand setting seems very weak. Are you sure the "H/L" setting on top of the gun isn't on low? Looks pretty dismal to me.
The short wand is low - they did that for safety? I modified mine to have full power when short.
@@Kitearmy I have been using mine (short & long stem) with either high or low settings. Works just fine without any modification. Not sure I follow you.
In high pressure mode with the short wand on it defaults to low pressure. Try it
@@Kitearmy Just tried mine with the short wand and I can easily switch between high or low pressure at the push of the button. Same with the long wand. Could we have two Hydroshot products with different specs by any chance? (Mine: HydroShot WG629E.1). When I used mine for the first time I connected it to a soda bottle after first removing the standard yellow hose attachment nozzle on the gun base. What I didn't notice was that the black rubber washer in the round connection socket had come away with the nozzle, so when I screwed on the bottle there was no air/watertight connection on first using the gun and the pressure was so bad I had considered returning the device. I later spotted the washer that had fallen away from the yellow nozzle, inserted it into the base socket, reconnected the soda bottle and . . . . voila. Like the difference between night and day. Without that washer in place, I'd say I could have done a better job cleaning my car by simply peeing on it. I can't help wondering if other owners of the Hydroshot have had a similar mishap experience😀
I think this product lends itself to problems....not because the product is bad but because so many things can go wrong - like what happened to you. That being said, I LOVE MINE.

They make a 2 L bottle adapter that has holes in the top of the adapter so you don’t have to work upside down with the Hydroshot.

My Hydroshot came with the extended lance only, where did you get the shorter lance from? I checked on Worx website I don't see that as an accessory.

This thing goes for $80 avg. for that you can buy an electric pressure washer and have 1500 psi. Who would buy this?
I would have thought that until I owned one of these. I have a full size powerwasher but the setup is 10 minutes - it has not left the garage since I got this tool. It's a work hard vs work smart situation.
