Really do learn something new everyday. Philippine market Pajero Sports don't have the AC condenser fan for some reason. In my experience, its all good when the vehicle is in motion since there's wind and the revs are high which makes the clutch fan speed up. But in long stop and go traffic or when sitting and waiting in a lot under the hot tropical sun, the cabin gets quite warm and the AC wont work as efficiently. I've been doing some research and it seems putting a fan in is simole plug and play since the socket is already provided, just without the fan and the relay. Cheers!
Wow it goes to show just how much the bull bar impedes airflow. No wonder these ‘rigs’ suffer temperature/overheating issues when the factory bumper is replaced with a bull bar.
@@T.A.G Its an expensive 'sport' hey! Especially with fuel prices and shipping costs to this remote desert of a country. Even if you're not making $100ks with videos, they certainly have an impact and are helping others! You're video on the intercooler hoses was a great help for me. 👊
Thanks for your reply, but what I meant was, were the results worth the time and money for the upgrade. Did it actually perform significantly better than with the OEM intercooler. Cheers Wayne.
Hey Rory I'm interested in how you did your washer bottle. Is itbthe standard one moved down? Or aftermarket? Did you raise the filler pipe? And how? Cheers anthony

Awesome video, mate. I would be super keen to see an episode about servicing or maintaining auto transmissions. Keep up the excellent work 👍
Gotta love Mick's ring 😂
😂
Congrats on 6k subs mate!
Thanks mateee, I just saw that before I went to bed lat night haha
Thinking about buying 2022 pajero sports

They have issues without a bar. It doesn't help that the rad is about 10mm thick
Cool video mate 👍 well made. The PS is coming together nicely 👌
Cheers mate. Piece by piece. There's still big plans to come. Just time and money restraints
Thanks for sharing mate! Looks great. Lots of awesome tips. Are you getting ready for an ECU Upgrade / Remapping?
i could only wish! im broke AF currently, but when funds allow there will be some spice coming!

@@adamannear cheers mate. That's the aim really. Spread some knowledge and help out where I can. And have fun! Haha.
You should cut the lower part of the grill off the electric fan so it doesn’t rub. It’s not really doing much anyway.
It doesn't even touch and it is its less than a mil :)
On my list for the Triton when funds allow
will be well deserved!
Looks good.
Do you have one of those OBD scan gauge thingies so that you can see what the difference is?
I have a scan tool yeah, I'll be hooking it up shortly
@@T.A.G How did that go? Was there much of a difference with the intake temps?
I keep looking at these to fit on my triton. Would be interested to see how much cooler it run now.
Contact ORD, they have some figured and they're impressive
It’s for the turbo not the engine.
Can still result in cooler engine running temps due to cooler charge temps
Hi, what was the end result after fitting this intercooler upgrade.
Could you feel any benefit.
Thanks Wayne
@@ozzypomme less heatsoak so it lost less power on hot days and offroad etc

@ozzypomme yes, especially considering the stock intercoole ris prone to leaking from the tube, tanks and o ring fittings
10:36, Not his fault the tank hits, he does not know what your roo bar mounting is like.
When did I blame them?
Great vid lad 👌
Cheers leg end x
Another item on the shipping list 😂
how's the clearance? recon there is enough space for a winch?
I kept my winch just fine 😀
Thanks for the video.
Go buy something from sca
Haha. In no way is the video sponsored, I just think that tool is great haha
the fan for the aircon, was it included there by default when you bought your pajero?
Yes. Came factory on 16 pajeros
@@T.A.G oh okay, so there is cost cutting here in the philippines, we don't have that by default lol

Where did U get the bull bar
Hey buddy. May i know the size of the intercooler? I want to upgrade my IC but need to know the proper size. Cheers from Indonesia🤙🏽
Was there any performance gain?
Any performance gain will be minimal without a tune. This keep charge temps cooler for longer so more of an endurance mod

Its ashot intercooler cos it doesnt make @MCM harp noises
