Will that fit in a 16 ram crew cab?
I have the dual 10" tall with a pair of 10W6v3 subs and it absolutely pounds! I love it so much I ordered a second one but for 12" subs. It's the dual tall version as well. These boxes are absolutely amazing! The fit and finish quality are perfect! Thanks Paul!

Did you need to add any blocks of wood or anything to take up airspace? They told me this this has about 2.0 cu ft airspace and to put some blocks of wood in it. I know those speakers run at .55 cu ft in a sealed box.

Awesome video! Your attention to detail and thorough explanation assures me that your product is of the utmost quality. I just checked out your website. Obviously from this video and the webpage, the box for my 2013 Ram Quad Cab is for two subwoofer drivers and takes up both wells under the 60/40 seats. However, I'd really like to install just one subwoofer as a direct replacement of the OEM woofer that came with my truck (Alpine Sound System). The OEM enclosure will obviously not accommodate a single JL Audio 8w7 or 10W6. Any suggestions? I would really like to hear that you can make this happen. Eager to hear from you. Thanks!

Nice box I have a Question for you about the build.. when building the box and laying down the fiberglass resin how are you fixing the fiberglass to the wood trim perimeter to construct the initial volume part of the box before adding the top that will have the sub opening? I've watched multiple videos and it looks like everyone is applying the resin up the side and barely going on the top side of the perimeter. I can't see how the resin wouldn't break free once bass is added. Is the screws that stick out that gives the resin a bite to the wood or is the bond just that strong that it just stays once the top is screwed and glued? I would think you would want to add layers over the top around the sides but that would cause fitment issues right. Please explain this step for me if you don't mind.. thank you

My cheap "ebay" sub box came a bit damaged. Many seams were broken. I first got my money back, then I nailed and glued the whole thing back together, and sprayed the inside with truck bed liner spray cans. still not much air space.... gonna do a custom fiberglass this month

I would like a box for a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab Classic. It will be for (2) Rockford P3D4-12s. I want a sealed enclosure with no terminal connectors. What would something like that cost?

2016 ram 2500 bench seat. Is it anyway to get kicker Q L7 12’s to fit? Maybe with a 2” seat lift.

We know that the regular L7 platform fits just fine, but the magnet gets super close to the rear sloped part of the enclosure. The Q has a larger square magnet, so we are assuming that it won't fit, but since we don't sell Kicker, we haven't had a woofer here to test fit and see how it fits. Sorry, no definite answer here.
I have 2014 quad cab & planning to put in 2-12W6v2's that I would like to run in your tall box! But they require 1.25ft³... I modeled them using winsd & it shows a slight peak around 50-60hrtz... Then drops out severely below that. Do you have any idea what the resonance/cabin gain of a quad cab is?
I haven't tested but I know that most cars are around 45-50hz and SUVs are lower. If you are wanting less peak then you can take a hole saw after the divider and let them share the 2cuft and that works well on subs that need more airspace.
I have a set of 2 12" jl w6v3s that would like to put on a 12 ram crewcab, what kind of box would you recommend?
Our Dual Tall box fits those subs perfectly and is one of the more popular subs that people are using in our boxes.
I have a 2017 Ram crew cab and want to put 2X12 how W3. Do you have box that will fit those subs and allow me full use of my rear seats with no chance of damage to the subs. Is that something you can do?
Have you guys had anyone install some sundown U series 12s or SA 12s in the tall box?
Not sure about the U, but the SA 12s on a 2k are a killer combination in our Tall Box.
On the fox acoustics site they had a customer who was running dc audio level 4 12s in the box they have a mounting depth of 6.5 inches with a motor width of 7.75 inches would these fit in this box ? I don't have the drivers yet I may go with S.A. 12s .
Those will fit just fine. We've had bigger subs than those in there before with no issues. I think you'd be happy with either option, the DC or SAs.
Do you make any that are ported I like my bass loud and low my current box will get down to 30hz

Have an 03 quad cab using an older Foxbox in passenger side that's ported. I want to get rid of it upgrade to sealed box for my single 10" DVC Sundown sub. I still have the shims under the seat to lift the seat as was required for the Foxbox. How much for the single 10" box for passenger side
Our Single Low box is $300+ shipping but it doesn't require the seat spacers but it won't hurt anything for them to be there.
What 12 inch subs work best in the low box? Could I get 1500 watts worth of sub in the low? You said the sub you slid in was good for 750 research, do you recall which sub that is?
They're few and far between. I would check out some of the Sundown and maybe Fi subs. The SA used to be able to run in less than 1cuft, but their spec now says 1cuft is recommended. You'll just need to do some research on the subs.

classicc74 The Crew Cab is the same as the Quads so our boxes will fit both. The 10W7 will fit in our Tall Box but not the Low Boxes. And the W3 12s work great in our Tall Boxes and the 10s work in the Lows.
Does anyone know approximately how much (1gal or 2gal) of the high quality resin would be required to do for layers of fiberglass?? Please and thank you.
US Composites is a great company out of Florida to deal with and they will ship to you. They have everything you need and it's way better quality than what you can get at a parts store.
the video states that fiberglass is used to form the boxes. the website says 3/4" mdf. I'm guessing fiberglass was too expensive? I was thinking about buying one until i noticed the mdf part.
The frame is 3/4" MDF overlaid with the fiberglass and then the full bucket area is 100% fiberglass. The baffle of the box is 3/4" MDF for strength. I've never had to warranty one of these boxes, they are very well built, and doing it 100% out of fiverglass would take away from that. I had a local customer bring me one of our competitors fiberglass boxes and when the subs played the box vibrated violently and it was only two 10s on less than 500w RMS. So, the wooden baffle is more than sufficient, stronger and easier to manufactur which saves my customers money.

I am going with 2 RF P2D4 10 in. subs in my 06 ram quad cab,would you go with a tall box?
For two 10s I would just do the Low Box. The Tall is better if you are needing more airspace or mounting depth, and you don't need either of those with the P2 10s.
I have 2 kicker 12" L5 what's your thoughts would they work with the shallow box?
Kicker was nice enough to send us the baskets for the L5/7 10 and 12 so we could check for fitment, so I know for a fact that the Low box won't work, they barely fit in the Tall. And the Low doesn't have near enough airspace for those 12s either.

What is a good sub to run in the shallow box. I have a 03 3500.
Pretty much any shallow 12 works great because most shallow 12s only need .75cuft and our Low Box is .8cuft per side. Traditional 10s will fit up to 7.75" deep, so there are actually quite a few options for that box.
I have 05 dodge ram 1500 quad cab and running 2 12s massive audio mma124...will the tall box fit em?
Physically, they will fit our Dual Tall Box with no issues. But the airspace is a little short, but probably not enough to be a super issue. Our new mold is 2.2cuft total airspace and those subs want 2.92cuft total, according to Massive. I think if you did som acoustic stuffing that you would be fine with those subs.

I have a 2005 1500 ram. My back seat is a full bench. About 15 years ago I owned a suburban with 6 JL w6. I love the sound of them at the time. Now I am getting back into the audio scene and was curious if the 10w7 is a really good clean bass in this box? Does it need to be ported or sealed? Also someone is trying to sell me alpine 10" 2ohm r series woofers and say they are just as good as the jl in a similar enclosure. Swr-10d2 alpine subs
Sealed is the only way I go in this truck, not near enough room in that truck to do a ported box and have it sound the way you would expect it to. 10W7s fit in our Tall Boxes and work great. And the Type Rs are a good match for our boxes but you can't expect it to sound like what you've had before in that Suburban.

Poppi3579 The ohm load won't change the performance of the sub in the box, only what the amp sees. So it will all depend on the amp you are planning on running with it.

If you have a tall box can people still sit on the seats
They sure can still use the seat. We have another video on our channel showing the installation of our Tall Box and sest spacers and how the seat is affected and usable.
How come you don’t put sound deadening inside the box?
Do you mean sound deadening like Dynamat? We've never needed to. The box is solid enough that we don't get any buzz of negative effects from the subs playing it in. If you want to deaden it, you can. We've just never needed to.

That's a complicated question. We've run a ton of different subs in that box. The most popular subs are the JL W6, Alpine Type R or X, and Rockford P3. The Sundown SA is close in the top. But you name it, it's probably been in there.

The Dual Low is perfect for the 12P3S subs. Right on the money for the airspace, too.

How do u attach the wood to the fiberglass, do u just lay the fiberglass onto the wood??
The fiberglass resin is more than enough to hold the fiberglass to the wood. We've tried other methods and it only made things more complicated. Once the fiberglass cures, that fiberglass isn't coming off.

Hey so these arnt like the other boxes that are available right cuz i bought one and it sucks ass!!!!! so im looking for something different if not ima have to go with a fiber glass enclosure:/
I'm not sure what other boxes you are refereeing to but I have had nothing but good reviews from mine and have never had a failure or warranty issue with them in the 5 years that we've been selling them online. The only part that is fiberglass is the bottom, the rest of it is wood and incredibly strong.

Our Tall box is a perfect fit for a 10W7. The Low Box is just a hair too short for that sub 8" mounting depth and a little small on the airspace, but the Tall Box is 1cuft per side which is what that sub calls for and that gives it plenty of mounting depth.

Would 2 Sundown Audio SD-10 Sound Good In your low profile box? I tried duplicating your box but it doesn't seem to sound right lol . I'm just getting frustrated . Planning on just buying your box or looking for a Ported box
We've had guys run the SD10s before so they should sound fine in our box. Ported I think you will have more issues with the way it sounds. The boxes on the market that are ported don't have enough airspace to work correctly so you will normally loose some deep bass because of that. I would stay sealed and just power them fully and it should sound good.

All of our Ram Quad and Crew Cab boxes fit all models and packages from 02-18. No issues. If you have the cargo doors or the fold out floor then they will need to be removed, but other than that you're good to go.

I've a 17' Ram 1500 with split seat ... what's the max speaker height I can fit, how many cubic feet, and how much does the seat need to be raised?
Speaker height, meaning mounting depth? Cubic feet is 2.2 total in a Dual Tall, and the seat lift is 1.5".

@@bugsysiegals Yeah, the 5th Gen 1500 trucks are all wood, so much less materials and labor to deal with. The fiberglass on the 3-4th Gen Rams is what takes time, but it's also why they're do good. Tons of airspace and mounting depth compared to everything else on the market.

@@bugsysiegals You name it, it's probably been in there. The most popular are the JL 12W6, Alpine Type R 12 and Rockford P3. After that, it would probably be the Sundown SA12s. It's not uncommon for our customers to be running north of 2000w RMS in our boxes.

No, sorry. 13W3 subs will not work. Even if they did fit, the airspace is way too small for them to work correctly and sound good.

That's a complicated question because there are a ton of subs out there that work great with our boxes.
The most popular subs in our boxes are the JL 12W3 and W6s, Rockford P3 and T1, and the Alpine Type R and S. Locally, we have had great luck with the ARC Audio ARC12s, Kicker CompRs and the Phoenix Gold SX and Ti3X.
Like I said, ton of options. Main thing to keep in mind is to make sure the sub will perform in 1cuft of airspace. If so, then you will be just fine.
Thx for the reply... I like the JL, Type R and Kicker... but I won’t the one that will give me maximum sound with the space provided and I want to maintain full use of the rear seat. Meaning I will have daily occupants in the rear...

What is the best subwoofer for the space?
@@marioloya88 The L7R and S will fit in the Tall. The L7T can use the Low, but in general, Kicker subs really like their airspace and will work better in larger air spaces if possible. The L7T is just a CompRT with a square cone, so it should work real well in the Low Box.

Absolutely, no issues there at all. More than enough room for those to fit. We even have a new Dual Tall Ported box that would work really well for those subs.

@@DFULLER17 The problem with going really big is that normally huge subs like that only want ported. 8.25 shouldn't be an issue at all in the Dual Tall Boxes. But the actual airspace may run into being a problem

I plan on running two 2 JL audio 10w6v3, I was going to go with the 12w6v3 but I think the air space is a little to small for them. So I am going with 2 10w6v3, what is your suggestions with these and would you advise on running dividers etc.
We've got a lot of guys running 2 12W6 subs in our Tall Boxes and they seem to love them. The 10s will work fine in the Dual Low and again a lot of guys love them in this box. Pretty much any 10 out there will work in the Low box since it has a mounting depth of almost 8" and .8cuft of airspace. For the Tall Box, 12s work but they need to be able to run in close to 1cuft of air.
How thick is the bottom fiberglass part?
Roughly 1/4". Very solid.
NET Audio is that all the fiberglass?
It should all be around the same thickness all over. We put the wood frame in the mold and then layer up the fiberglass all over until we get it to the thickness we need. So it should be pretty even all around.

Nabil Al Sure will. A 12W6v3 fits with room to spare and it's the perfect airspace, too. One of the most popular subs that people are running in our Ram Boxes.

If it has the same cubbies as the 1500 does, then yes, it will fit just fine
I have a 2001 ram 1500 I'm just going to throw 2 12" sub's on top of back seat...... 12" DD 9900 with a m4 amp.
+Dan Kozlautskos People do that all the time, but our boxes are intended to look factory and the under seat design is much safer and less of a theft issue. If you get in a wreck with all the weight behind you on a seat there will be some serious consequences as that sub box now becomes a missile.
These boxes are nice .. there well custom made boxes but damm there really expensive i got a quote for my 2016 ram crew cab.. 650$ dollars... with that money i can buy a whole system
I'm sorry that you feel that our boxes are out of your price range. The majority of our customers who purchase these boxes from us are not after $650 system. They are using $650 subs and want them to perform the way they are expected to, and you can't get that performance from a $75 box. After you try the cheap box and it doesn't perform the way you expect it to, we would gladly build you a box. Just let us know when you're ready.

Like the design, and depth but $813 for this box seems like alot.
I'll be the first to admit that they aren't cheap, but they take a lot of time and materials to build, so the cost is justified. We have the largest and strongest boxes on the market and have never been caught up on orders, so our customers seem the think the cost is ok.

I have owned one of the tall boxes for 5 years and I have two 12" JL Audio W6 woofers and the box is solid as a rock and the twelves pound. I have it in a 2005 Doge Ram Quad Cab which I am selling. My question for Net Audio is will this fit in a 2016 Dodge Ram Crew Cab Laramie or will I have to purchase another box? Guys for real though, great box. I love it. Thanks
+Antonio Petty Glad you've been happy with it all these years man, makes me happy to hear that. Yes that box will fit the 2016 Rams but since he is going from a Quad Cab to a Crew Cab he will need different seat spacers. The seats on the Crew Cabs are a little longer.

+rabdj Prices can change so I didn't mention prices on purpose. But you can check out all of the different box options on our website and all the prices are on there. We have 11 different Quad and Crew Cab boxes available so I can't really mention them all on here.
