the DPI shift button in front of the thumb is how you shift dpi, not using up and down. you choose the dpi shift speed and the speed you normally use in the g-hub software, then any time you want to use the low DPI (as in the sniper mode you used) you simply push and hold the shift button while you are aimed in, no need to change the dpi manually on the side buttons. Great review BTW
@@Proxydonn on my PC it is the button. I do not know if the Xbox will emulate that successfully, sorry. But I still love the mouse and the Ghub software.

I bought this mouse, non HERO edition, 7 years ago when I started PC gaming. It still works perfectly despite dropping it countless times. I couldn’t wish for a better mouse.

I have this mouse and it is such a great buy. It has a great grip and a really game breaking sensor. The only downside is the weight of it. But that's about it, itherwise it's a great mouse and perfect for people with medium-large hands!
I like this mouse but that loud wheel... umm.. I just dont feel like I want to buy it anymore. Somehow I cant imagine scrolling with this mouse and hearing that loud noise like it was some 10y old mouse. :/

I just bought the g502 and it's great for gaming (using it for any type of ego shooter), but I had to disable both buttons left to mouse1, at least I disabled them ingame, because it happens way to much, that you change your dpi while aiming / shooting. Feels great in the hand for mid/big hands - wouldn't prefer it for small hands, because it's kinda big.
Question. If i download the software on my computer and edit macros and change the dpi and stuff and i save it and plug it into my xbox will it save? And be the same? Cause i do not have a PC.
see i bought logitech headset then tried the app and it doesn't work as shown. Then i forgot about the logitech app and that i owned their G432 with 2 hours use. I just bought the 502 hero and downloaded the app logged in on my old account and it shows the mouse and the headset but does not give me any option to do anything with them no lights not dpi can't get the 7.1 surround to work. This is why i just keep with Razer gear it works no bullshit.
Great mouse but with certain games I get too excited and randomly press a DPI switching mouse sensitivity button and really mess up a game play ! Other than that there is settings to remove these settings, which after doing so never had the problem.
a question, how many buttons r truly prgrammable? for example are the 2 buttons for dpi next to leftclick button programable to anything i want or they always serve just to change dpi? i hadcm inferno and its buttons for dpi couldnt be changed. Tnx for answer
How long is the connector in itself? I need this parameter because I've just ordered Lenovo legion y540 and it has one USB type a at the back and i'm wondering how far would I keep this laptop from wall if I want to have this connector plugged in to the rear USB port. I love it i got it a month of ago only one issue is it is a bit too heavy, but it is way too good btw for people who say u can take out weights without the weights which is a 125 grams and with weights 150 grams so yeah

Do you have to install Logitech G hub for the mouse to work or can you use the mouse without installing it
it should work normally without g hub but you need g hub to customize it
