After the Frieza arch most of the caracters are way stronger than he was in DBZ, Piccolo, Gohan, Trunks, Vegetta, Goku, Android 17, 18 and 16(the strongest), Cell, Dabura, the Majin's (Boo), Supreme Kai, Pikkon .... And most of these characters were stronger by a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge margin!
Man too bad Frieza's brother Cooler isn't cannon. His movies shown him being stronger than Frieza especially when he transformed into his fifth form. In the latest Dragon Ball video game, Cooler was in his fifth form and went golden. If Cooler were to become cannon, it's game over for Frieza.

Between him and Kidd Buu, you got all the evil in Universe 7 wrapped up. His performance towards the end of the tournament of power was definitely out of character, but as usual, he was back to type when he was resurrected, again. Between him, Frost (Universe 6), Cooler and King Cold I would pick Lord Frieza any day. Frieza and Goku. Two sides of the same coin.

I thought their best storyline ever was when and how frieza died. Then bringing frieza back was really cheesy and lame.... But very much conflicted I don't know how to feel about this. because the plot was silly and I thought it was just too cartoonish for this cartoon. Although the character stayed true to who the character was and was just so wonderful and hateable that it was everything you remember about frieza..... Just don't know how to feel about that.... I just hate it when superhero franchises say they're going to kill someone off and you just know they're going to come back
