Watching this after the diablo 4 stream was the most brutal mogging I've ever seen.
I do not understand how they can basically just release a new game whenever they feel like it.

i love when competition makes the other devs improve their game
People see 40+ minutes of content and balance changes that any other company would put behind a $60 paywall and complain it isn't just Breach 7.0.
League isn't even out yet and doesn't look complicated at all imo, but people like to complain.
It's fair to argue that it doesn't look like your type of preferred content - there's no possible way they hit every crowd, but at least let it fucking launch bro

We gonna finally see some serious EQ, sunder and cyclone action again. How long they were subpar with other playstyles, 2-3 years?
I didn't see any fix for range or ms/atk speed for cyclone in the patch notes, will it really be back?

Haven't watched, but curious what your thoughts are on melee now. Last time I recall you discussing it, you berated and belittled anyone who enjoyed playing a melee build to the point I thought it was a joke.
If they incorporate the mines/miner with the azurite mine it would've been even more interesting... But it's great enough

if the timers for stuff are like multiple hours then you might only be interacting with the league mechanic once or twice a day depending on your playtime...
ggg is trying to leverage real time as a resource but people can just make multiple side accounts and just multiply their "real time" and get multiple times the reward for the same "real time"
a lot of the stuff are afk friendly which makes me worry that multiboxing bots are gonna really dumpster the economy
Higher level followers will make the timers shorter etc, but yeah more accounts = more gain
You need to farm the gold yourself since it is not tradeable. Every action in town requires gold. Yes you can play multiple accounts. But you need to farm the gold on each account for it.

All this requires gold which is only acquired by directly playing the game and is not tradable. There is no way someone's gonna bother to write a bot advanced enough for this or one that would perform well enough to matter
How do people get so good at this game and get so far? I casually play time to time when a season starts and I always feel behind
why are you trying to compete? you're just ruining your own fun, just play at your pace you have 4 months until next league, even if u play 30min a day u can finish endgame in 4 months

Question before I make a Slayer Vaal Pact Cyclone build.
With the new Vaal Pact applying the leech instant does that make issues for Slayers Brutal Fervour?

The 100% increased leech is good and OK.
However, im concerned with the line leech is not removed on full health. I liked the leech persisting for a few seconds because ever if you were not attacking at the split moment you were still benefiting from leech. Now with the new Vaal Pact it's instant and therefore now longer having persistent leech and this line is worthless.
Also, you will loose the 10% reduced damage taken while leeching unless you are actively attacking and leeching.
I'm I understanding leech and the combo of these mechanics correctly?

Yeah you lose overleech, but it means you can pick up another ascendancy like the endurance charge or crit ones.

Looks like yet another very tedious to do league meaning everyone is in love right now and nearly everyone will quit within the first week or two.
Even ignoring the league mechanic they kinda added as much content as all of the d4 seasons togethers kekw
Man, just hiring bots to do maps for you is awesome.
It's not tedious? You just farm up a buncha ores and you send them to the smelter and you get them all in a few hours, then you send those bars to kalguur for runes or to the karui for tattoos. Easy.
@@blackomega34 --- Let's not forget that the exact same thing was said about Scourge, Necropolis, and all the other crafting/trade leagues that ended up being so tedious that most people straight up skipped the league mechanic altogether. Sure it doesn't look like that for now, but if you need to spend 15 minutes or more in order to set up some things, then that's tedious. Non tedious league mechanics are things like Breach, Delirium, Incursions, etc. You see the mechanic, you do the mechanic, you collect then loot and you move on. I hope at least the ore collecting in maps isn't a bore and it's done very quickly.
@@Scyths1 The problem is scourge and necropolis were shit and the only way to get anything useful out of them is to follow a 10 step process written on a website.
These shipments will be 'how much ores, bars, dust, or food do you want to put on the ship? Beware of putting too much in'.

They still have x5 flasks, pretty disgusting. They badly need to do away with flasks by the time POE 2 is out.
