Robert, being a knowledgeable jack of all trades, , I think you will successfully complete this rebuild project.Would be nice to follow you doing it with your videos. Good luck!!
Nice. I would look on the market place for missing parts. Buying new plastic is expensive. They sell new vinyl to cover the seats for not a huge amount. Hope you find everything. It will be a great addition.
Good morning!!! If I new how to get parts to you! I have a 03 foreman sitting with the back diffs no good! You could probably use all the parts on it!! For your new rez ride!
The best thing is it’s a Honda Forman I had one just like that HONDA are the best atv ever made keep the original carb don’t get a aftermarket jobber peace ✌️ brother
Shes a Honda they will run and run and run. Oil filter and use a qaulity 10 W 40 rated at jaso2. Was running hood . Order a catb kit they are cheap compared to a new carb
Robert It looks like a complete piece of garbage and I wouldn’t even consider buying it. However if anyone can get Humpty back together again you can. Please keep us all posted on every step of the reconstruction. Also show us the cost of every part it will make it super interesting to know just how much the rebuild will cost. Also I’d like to let you know it was unrecognizable until I heard you start it and then the distinctive growl of the good old Honda.

Nothing major with that quad. Can't beat a honda. You'll get it ship shape.
Make a snorkel. Dont need the sensors if yoy keep vigilent on temp and sound
why would you need a carb.? clean the old one and giver no reson to rebuild a honda fix whats fkd and run her
