    This recipe serves 2-3 people.
    INGREDIENTS:
    - 2 Chicken breasts (You can use broccoli or mushroom as well)
    - 2 Tbsp olive oil
    - 1 Tbsp lemon juice or Juice from one lime
    - 1-2 Cloves minced garlic
    - 1 Tsp paprika
    - Salt & pepper to taste
    - 200g Pasta, I used spaghetti
    - 1 Tsp salt to boil the pasta (Optional)
    - 1 Tsp butter to add to the boiled pasta (Optional)
    - 55g Unsalted butter
    - 1 Cup (215ml) heavy cream
    - ½ Cup (45g) grated parmesan cheese
    - Salt & pepper to taste
    - Finely chopped parsley, crushed black pepper and grated parmesan to garnish (Optional)
    -In a mixing bowl combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt & pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and keep aside for 15-20 minutes before cooking.
    - Heat a grilling pan over medium-high heat. Place chicken breasts in the pan add leftover marinade as well, allow to cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until chicken is fully cooked through. Wrap them up in an aluminium foil and keep aside.
    -Boil some water in a pan, add 1 tsp salt. When water is boiling, add spaghetti and cook as per packet instruction, 6 minutes in my case.
    -Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain. Add 1 tsp butter to the spaghetti and mix to prevent them from sticking. (Or cook the pasta and the sauce side by side)
    -To make the alfredo sauce heat a pan on low. Add butter, while the butter is melting add heavy cream. Stir consistently to avoid burning on the bottom of the pan until it comes to a boil.
    - Mix in the parmesan cheese. (Reserve some to garnish) Add some reserved pasta water if required. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat, add in the cooked spaghetti. Using tongs, gently toss the pasta until well coated with the sauce.
    -Slice chicken breasts, serve alongside the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley, crushed black pepper, grated parmesan and serve!
