“I consider myself a man of fai- And there’s a drive into deep left field by Castellanos that’ll be a home run... and so that’ll make it a 4-0 game...”
I made a comment earlier tonight that I guess went out over the air that I am deeply ashamed of. If I have hurt anyone out there, I can't tell you how much I say from the bottom of my heart I'm so very, very sorry. I pride myself and think of myself as a man of faith, as there's a drive into deep left field by Castellanos and that'll be a home run. And so that'll make it a 4-0 ballgame.

Dude for real I was shedding tears the whole video, then got to the end. You started playing my favorite team since 1992 White Sox clips. I fell apart. Great video.
@@kinghiggins24 I think people get annoyed because he’s broadcasted every damn Super Bowl and World Series for the last 20 years lol. And there’s been one too many iconic moments that he commentated that were underwhelming. He does have some nice calls though, I don’t hate the guy like most people.
GREAT video! I'm guessing the two "The Giants win the pennant" videos and the jack and Joe buck calls were obviously paired intentionally, so I'm guessing you said "I have sets of clips that maje sense to put back to back so, where to put them in the video"
3:49 as good as the National TV Broadcast was, you really should have posted this with the call from Detroit's WXYT's Dan Dickerson and Jim Price's call. Way better.
Dan’s call is legendary here in Michigan. Gives me chills and damn near tears every time I hear it. When I was a kid my parents bought me a keychain that played his call when you clicked the button. Man, good times!
Cool video! If you're going to make a sequel, here are some calls you should include: Buck's call of the Red Sox winning the WS in 2004 Starling's call of the Yankees winning the ALCS in 2003 Cohen's call of Endy Chavez's catch in the 2006 NLCS Bill Mazeroski's game 7 1960 walk off
Loved the vid. I just have 2 suggestions. Greg Brown's call from the Andrew McCutchen Walk-Off. Or the Steve Blass call from Pedro Alvarez's walk-off HR against the Rockies.
The video's title would have been more accurate if it had been Greatest Momennts rather than Greatest Calls. Not all of these featured memorable phrases, or announcers losing their professional poise and excitedly completely losing themselves in the moment. The title also would have been more accurate if it had specified "from recent decades." (Okay, Giants win the pennant '51 was an exception, but most of these are from the '90's on.) There are at least two glaring omissions here if we're talking great MLB moments ever. I can tell you what those moments were simply by mentioning two names: Maseroski and Fisk.

"hits one high, hits one DEEP, And. It's. Outta here!"
What a call
[337] who doesn’t use that call
5:29
Jesus Christ David Ortiz is clutch as hell.
Aiden Rae clutchest of all time
Nolen Glonek maybe not buddy
That’s only because Babe Ruth didn’t have to be clutch because he hit homers before he had to be clutch
He's called the King of Clutch for a reason.
Velocity Bluedoes2 no one said that Ortiz was better than Ruth, But Ortiz is better in the clutch
He drives one. Deep left field. Back goes Upton. Back near the wall. It’s outta here. Bartolo has done it. The impossible has happened.
Greatest moment in MLB history in my opinion.
That home run is the reason Fernando Tatis Jr. is a Padre today.
The joe carter one always gives me chills
Dude for real I was shedding tears the whole video, then got to the end. You started playing my favorite team since 1992 White Sox clips. I fell apart. Great video.
5:28, Duane Kiper, one of the most underrated announcers calling the most historic homer in baseball history? Awesome.
I don't think anyone is underrating Kuiper lol
Go O's!
The most historic homer of the king of steroids himself you mean?
@@dogwashthefirst597 Bonds was never proven to take them.
And another thing, look at him when he was playing for the pirates compared to the giants. That’s not natural.
@@dogwashthefirst597 Yeah okay. Way to respond to a 3-year-old comment.
Watching during the pandemic of 2020...and crying while missing baseball!
Joe Buck does have his moments, though, like at 2:41
The Independent Fighter TIE GAME!!!
He's had plenty of moments. Way over hated. Hes not great but hes far from the worst broadcaster

He completely butchered things like the 2007 World Series call though
I get chills watching some of these great moments
Thank you for including the Travis Ishakawa call, that’s missed by too many ppl.
“....and we’ll see you tomorrow night!”
Any Vin Scully call is a great call.
In total contrast, Joe Buck, Suzyn Waldman, and John Sterling are in existence.
TreyP Oi Jon Sterling is a good announcer
TobyReese and tom HAMMY hamilton
Sterling isn't bad but that "theeee Yankees win!!" line does get a bit annoying. And I'm a Yankees fan saying this
You forgot to add Bob Costas
Matt Vasgersian!!!!!!!!!!! Youre the Goat!!
6:28 I have a question, did the Giants win the pennant??
Logan SportsGamer21 no I think the cardinals did
No I dont think so
Logan SportsGamer21 i dont think so
Nope
Naw it was the Cleveland browns
Vin scullys call of Kirk Gibsons homerun is the greatest call of all time
what about bartolo colons homer
Your right man I forgot that one
it wasnt a great call
Anthony Ricevuto not a great call
BARTOLO HAS DONE IT!! THE IMPOSSIBLE HAS HAPPENED!!!
Love hearing Dave Niehaus! Should have included the call for The Double in this!
Edit: Just watched part 2 :D
5:22 This call is by Jack Buck, the father of Joe Buck. Unlike his son he was a great announcer
2:45 The outfielder: When you tried your best but you dont succeed
Vin Scully is the GOAT of baseball calls...
Man it doesn’t get any better than hitting a bomb to win the WS. You can’t think of a better scenario in baseball.
7:10 The most clutch catch in any perfect game you will see.
you saved the best for last thank you.

Nice job with the Jack and Joe Buck ones back to back.
Damn. Great job including Ryan Roberts. Forgot about him 👌
Love the Rondell White grand slam! Classic!
Unrelated, but you deserve your team back
Alex Tomasone Rondell was an Expo so it kindof is related. But thank you though
Whoops, wasn't paying attention, lol
As a Yankees fan it hurts what Bill Buckner did . O my o my

Julio it was a good call to me
Julio I love Toronto for the horn and dome making it ESTATIC

Yeah there was no way he was catching that unless he grew another foot at least.
So many chills

Thanks for the support man!
Dave Niehaus = GOAT

I fucking hate Joe Buck.. But I actually like his walk off calls. Even though he stole it.....
Twice!!!
yeah from his dad..
The very occasional walk off call is the only thing joe buck got right and like you said he stole it
Tom Hamilton has the best voice

THANK YOU

Let’s be honest it could have been all Vin Scully calls
Every single Gary Cohen call should be on here honestly.
“Bonds hits one high, HITS IT DEEEP, IT IS OUTAAA HEEERE!”
I'm surprised with Fisk in game six from 1975 or even Henderson in game five in California from 1986 wasn't on the list.
