There are a few legitimate objections you could have to GM plants that might make you want to avoid them, but GMO/non GMO is completely irrelevant to whether something is healthy or not. Just wanted to put that out there, there is no health detriment or benefit that comes from consuming GM plants, so if that's your reason for avoiding them you can stop. If you are avoiding them for how they change agriculture overall, that's different, there's some substance behind that.
Please tell me about foaming agent... I'm in the middle of studying foam mat drying and i don't know what foaming agent to use... I read on internet xanthan gum can be use,, but it makes my food turn to gel and hard to dry....

Chef, thank you so much for the information. I have been combining a small amount of xanthan gum with guar gum for blender ice creams. It seems to smooth out the texture. Looking forward to the recipe videos.
@@ChefRudakova In my humble opinion, Guar gum makes ice cream texture a bit slimy or gummy. I would highly prefer using Cellulose gum or CMC for ice cream.

I am about to start ice pop production business and I would love to know if it is okay to mix the guar gum in a room temperature water and after that I would pasteurize the mixture up to 85 degree would that be okay and that the property of the guar gum would not be effected with the pasteurizing process

You can make mid eastern/greek stretchy ice cream with Guar Gum instead of salep (ground orchid root).

Yes 👍🏻 These 2 are great for ice-cream making. They both inhibit ice-crystals formation, making ice-creams smoother indeed
