Thank you for posting. This video helped a lot. I just did my 06 Jeep with 5.7L Hemi radiator. Wasn’t too bad, took my time (3.5hrs total) and removed or move aside everything I could. Lower trans cooler bolts were tough with tow hooks in the way but was able to get them with angle extension. I did not have to remove trans cooler lines, but did remove power steering cooler. I suggest moving wiring harness on lower left near lower hose out of the way. Make sure the lower output nipple is outside the fan shroud when installing new radiator. It will go in, take your time and work left/right/down, and repeat until in.
All I wanna know is how tk bleed air from system does it have a bleed screw
I removed the passenger side headlight to give an easier access and did not have to remove the transmission lines. Also unplugged the electrical cord to the fan for room.
Can someone tell me once you start your jeep does the hydraulic fan comes on and run the whole time
So we are going to pretend this video made complete sense 😭
No clutch fan in this model like the 4.7 one
I JUST DID MINE, AND IT'S NOT DAT EASY. IT WAS A 14 PLUS HOUR NIGHTMARE OVER 2 DAYS‼️😕
👍👍👍👍👍!!!!!!
You left out how to bleed the air from system...👎🏻
So, where is the bleed coolant part of the video lol. Fail.
Hello, this is the short version of this repair.
This job is way more of a bitch than it needs to be. I have to replace mine under warranty today after replacing it 2 years ago.
