Ingredients for the Oatmeal Cookies:
→ 1/2 cup (113g) butter at room temperature.
→ 2/3 cup (150g) brown sugar.
→ 1 large egg at room temperature.
→ 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract.
→ 1 tbsp (20g) honey.
→ 3/4 cup (95g) all-purpose flour, sifted.
→ 1/4 tsp (1.5g) baking soda.
→ 1+3/4 cups (180g) old-fashioned, rolled oats.
→ 3/4 cup (100g) walnuts, coarsely chopped.
→ 1/2 cup (75g) raisins.
→ 1/2 cup (90g) semi-sweet chocolate chips.
