its crazy to see how much games have evolved, even from 2000 to 2012 its crazy, and video games continue to evolve even today, which is just obscene to me
This mission is maybe the most difficult hitman mission I’ve ever played. Took me a long while to pass it. Tried stealth, shoot everyone and everything in between, it was HARD
Without a doubt the best game ever! Great animation, stealth and I love the way cops interact with each other. They're really like live humans and not some quiet computers that just randomly walk around.
Hitman made a return and it's better than ever!

Well it doesn't feel like a Hitman game, but it's badass nonetheless.

I think he used the fiber wire when he strangeled that one cop towards the beginning. And what do you mean "47s disguise", he had his suit for about half the mission and the other was him with the police disguise.
It seems to be using alot of elements from the Splinter Cell games, while maintaining the core elements that made Hitman great. I like to think of it as Hitman growing (evolving if you will) similarly to how Resident Evil and Metal Gear Solid have had to change and grow over the years. This will be the first Hitman game to use a cover system and have full interactive environments, and that alone I feel truley makes this what a modern Hitman game should be.
@ChernobylScene Think of, Blood Money, the first mission, lot of shooting you have to do to get buy it, but the rest of the missions, can be done silently, im sure there is a sneaky way to get by this mission and if not its only ONE mission that you have to play like that.

Im really digging this new direction for the Hitman series (so glad I pre-ordered Absolution). Theres obviously alot of elements and ideas taken from Splinter Cell and Deus Ex, but since those are both stealth games anyway Im fine with that. The NPCs look great they move, act, and talk like real people would which will probably make disguise infiltration alot more challenging than in previous games. I've been waiting so long for a Hitman game to be as good as 2, and I bet this will be it.
Of course it doesn't feel like the previous games; you can only use the same mechanics so many times before people lose interest and 47's not with the Agency anymore by the time Absolution starts.

It's like Splinter Cell Conviction. Where is the fibre wire and 47's disguise? 47 was a silent assassin....
Well he may be a well trained silent assassin but hes not invisible, he was probably handling another mission and was seen either just before eliminating his target, or just after (wouldnt be the first time 47 was chased by the police).
I think thats a good thing, we wont be playing every mission the same way, having a little variety in the missions. Hitman 2 had alot of that, but Contracts and Blood Money kinda stuck with the same overall play style.

Well, in the previous games, he wore different costumes, in order to reach somewhere or infiltrate somewhere. And why is he chased by the cops if he is a "silent assassin" ?..

An action game? Are you kidding me?! The first half of the mission he goes completely undetected (and the only reason he was detected was because he decided to take that one cop as a human shield), and once he gets his disguise and gets away from the helicopter, its nothing but pure stealth for the rest of the the mission. True its definetly taking alot from Splinter Cell, but seeing as the two have been very similar since Blood Money, I dont think that should be a problem.

The gameplay in the Mission "Streets of Hope" was different than this....
now its 2012 the hitman game must be now in the shop why ????
I hope they have checkpoints in this game. This game looks hard, as fuck lol you have to, keep your head up. Every step that a good game right their :) still getting it i don't care id it cost 2 grand.
