Really appreciate challenging bias around "this is the right way" thinking about what a good product/ good company HAS to look like. It was a great reminder.
This talk is absolutely amazing! thank you for making it happen Lenny! The perspective that there is no right way to do things is so refreshing, but at the same time it feels like it all comes down to "just" alignment and an environment wiling to accept that some things could go well, some could go less well, but in the end we're all here to try things out and get better both individually and as teams.
Loved the episode! Thanks so much for this conversation. Can you please add Angela from LEGO to the list of references? John made it sound like we all need to follow this person on LinkedIn right away :)
Do you mind connecting with me on LinkedIn? I'd be happy to connect you to Angela. She doesn't post much / create content, but is absolutely worth getting to know.

My 2 favorite product people in one show
Just realized how much John reminds me of young Michael J Fox, in a good way :) amazing talk, thank you both. Inspired!
You should see me say "Mallory"
This is phenomenal! Thanks for introducing a passionate, erudite luminary in product management. Embrace the mess!
Huge value add here. Great conversation!
